Damn Sam. You just told me to eliminate everything I basically felt i needed to do to have a successful business. But you boiled it down to four MAIN things: 1.Pick a niche (specific group of people) I'm interested/passionate, know a lot about, understand, or have experience with 2. Identify a painful problem this niche experiences that keeps them up at night stressed, worried, and/or feeling depressed, angry, this problem needs to be something they urgently want to solve 3. Solve that problem with my current skill set or one that I can develop and learn very quickly (Sounds like I'm their SAVIOR) 4.Sell that solution to the nasty problem back to my niche and GET THEM THE RESULT in exchange for money That is SO SIMPLE its out of this world crazy to me... Everything else is distraction and doesn't get me anywhere closer to growing and building my BUSINESS. Thanks Sam! You're the GOAT!
@5pouria5
@5pouria5 5 лет назад
Here is the question how do you reach your solution to this people
@michaelgaineriii6986
@michaelgaineriii6986 5 лет назад
Alessandro Calcagni one thing you should do is don’t take everything Sam says so seriously. He isn’t the only person you should listen to.... Listen to your heart first and foremost. If there is a problem you WANT and feel GOOD about solving then go with that. Having a passion and interest in your niche is key. It’s not about always having a OUT OF THE BOX IDEA or solving a MEGA BIG problem. It’s just understanding what your NICHE currently thinks and does and what they want and need in their life and business to get to their desired point in life.

Sam, I love your videos man, you are the only person I take advice from that I implement. My life has already changed significantly from all the videos I've been watching from you. A lot of them I watched multiple times. I still can't afford your courses (literally). But my life is slowly changing for the good. As you said, successful people leave crumbs or traces behind their success, hence I devour your info on youtube like no one else. One day I am going to be in Manhattan and I hope I meet you. The grass is not greener on the other side it is greener where you water, I literally hung that on my wall. It has profound implications for an INTP like me. I had to turn on comments from the HideRec app that blocks out almost everything on YT to say this. Cheers! P.s. please do keep making these videos, they are life-changing, I truly mean it.
@carlstetter2815
@carlstetter2815 5 лет назад
You mentioned you cannot afford his courses. If you do in the future, please consider it really carefully before you spend 2,000+ dollars on his courses. In this 12 min video, all he said is focus. Every person knows that if you want to be successful on something, you need to focus on the important things and spend much less time on the details. He embellishes this with gimmicks, marketing tricks, examples etc. etc. and people fall for it. Please save your money. 2,000+ is a huge amount. Maybe you have kids who need it, if not maybe you will have kids one day, or you will need it yourself. Save your money man, it doesn't come easy. Don't fall for it.

And another thing from a gardener's perspective: once you ripped the weeds out, you can then let them dry or chop them into pieces and then lay on the earth in the pot where your plant is: the organic materials will decompose and fertilize the soil, nurturing your plant this way. I don'T know if the is contributing something here, but it just came to my mind!

The 4 elements of a successful business : 1. Niche - what is the group of people 2. What is their problem? Why does that problem suck? 3. What is the solution that you're going to offer to these people that have that problem? 4. How is that solution applied to that problem going to create value that people are going to pay money for? What you recommend can only be done through sustainable lifestyle, habit and mindset change. I the end, need a system in place so we are actually regularly looking at the weeds that have build up and removing them. Like a Google sheet as Overview Dashboard of our days, like a mindset routine and so on.
