I agree with Sandy. Angelina doesn't need autotune and I hope it never touches that voice, leave it pure, she doesn't need anything else. "The Show Must Go On" is another great vid, AJ with a backing track.

One thing i noticed about the runs. I too thought the first big run was a bit superfluous, but I understood it was for a singing competition. But then she hit that big note after singing "I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all!" There was a guitar riff at that point in the original song, and she replaced it with voice.

On the subject of runs...yes absolutely there are talent-show runs that are expected in America (and the UK and Australia and Asia I've noticed) and their is another kind. Angelina often uses small two and three note run embellishments to highlight specific areas of the song for an emotional or artistic effect that isn't "show-offy". I liken it to when David Gilmour for instance breaks from his usual form -beautiful sustains and entrancing melodies - to rip through a bunch of notes really fast to get to that one that really tells the story. Maybe to show he can as well, who knows what goes through the mind of a genius? But I think I am expressing my point.. So yeah! Keep it up, I'm pretty well locked in for the long ride, it's been a fun journey so far. ✌️😁

Ah, the never ending search for chills. Sandy like her because she is Scandinavian. (just kidding) You mention that it almost got painful. I saw a reaction to this song by a young lady who is a vocal coach. She was stopping the video every few seconds and explaining all the technical details about how Angelina was doing the different things she was doing. At some point, near the middle of the song, you could see her start trembling and for the last half she just sat there with tears running down her cheeks. After it was over, she composed herself and called the performance painfully good. As far as her runs, when I first heard this, I thought she had really taken it to the limit and that any more would have been too much, but given the circumstances of trying to impress the judges in a very short time it was okay. I've always felt she crossed the line and did just a little too much in the final on "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road." Thanks for the reaction.

Song written by Angelina about the protection by her family from the industry... James Bond vibe A million miles.. original song as a tribute to her grandfather who passed away and dedicated to all those who have lost loved one. Beautiful ballad. 7th Heaven... Original song about never losing hope or giving up against the challenges in life. Very different than her other songs with a real catchy upbeat tempo. All I ask... Cover of Adele song.. Angelina expresses emotion in this song at the top of her game Heal the World... Michael Jackson cover done this past week in honor of the virtual visit of the crown Prince of Norway to California. It was quite an honor and Angelina was the ambassador of peace. This may have been Angelina's finest hour With her outpouring of emotion.

Most of Angelina's songs give me chills & either make me cry or smile, depending on the song. You should hear her latest cover song, Heal the World, by Michael Jackson. She sings it as part of a virtual meeting between the Crowned Prince & government of Norway and California, involving cooperation on offshore wind power & other sustainable issues.
