I’m going to go out on a limb here and say if all those people and organizations WANTED to kidnap her and her children, she would’ve disappeared before any lawsuit could’ve taken place.
Fr, biggest companies in the world and the fucking FBI of all things. Like how in the world could they not get a women and her children with all those people?
The famous Home Depot hitmans (formed by former wrestler and Hollywood actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) would have surely taken her out if it wasn't a bunch of baloneys. As she filed the lawsuit, it surely is.
i kinda wanna believe its something along those lines, but she exaggerated even more and accused big names to get more publicity for it. I mean its not the first time people have had shouted crazy conspiracies and everyone thought they were crazy until they were proven right later
@@kingkeesietvit wouldn’t be hilarious… people calling out monsters are often claimed to be insane. But hey as long as they’re your idol you can ignore every red flag and you get to keep putting them on a pedal stool
this woman deserves $3 billion if she can even come up with a STORY about how all of these businesses + wrestlers conspired to kidnap her and her children
She deserves $3 billion if she manages to stop live-action Moana from happening. Hell, throw in a Presidential Medal of Freedom, a Nobel Peace Prize and knighthood from every existing monarchy on the planet.
It's pretty simple, the ghost haunted the rock and got him on board. The Rock went to home depot and said I need the strongest wood you have to build a prison room, they started to sell him the wood and he said it isn't strong enough, she used to be a wrestler. The president of home depot said, yes, it is strong enough and I'll prove it, lets go kidnap this woman.........it started like that. Someone else can pick it up from here.
I'm now picturing The Rock, Michael Jordan, Billy Corgan, the president of Mexico, the CEO of Home Depot along with everyone else sitting around a table in a secret lair somewhere like an evil superhero team saying "we can't let her get away with this."
This woman has to be doing a real life achievement like "make the most outrageous lawsuit involving as many famous people and corporations posible without any correlation"
its so obvious that her lawyers are taking advantage of her mental illness. theres no way she even has a chance of winning this yet the lawyers are more than willing to take her money and file the suit, humiliating her in the process
Personally if you need medication to even remain in the same reality as the rest of us, you don't deserve to be in the same reality as the rest of us. Sucks to suck, but allowing a crazy women to go around thinking like this is dangerous. Plenty of people like her skip the lawsuit and go straight into murder and kidnapping to resolve the issues. What do you think happens after the judge dismisses the case against the FBI, another government agency? I'd be willing to bet she acts on it thinking the government is after her.
This needs to be turned into a movie where all her claims are true, I would pay to see that so hard. The Rock breaks into her house with some home depot employees, Chris Benoit comes out of the ground in her backyard, the FBI comes in helicopters, she somehow escapes, etc…
The government seriously needs to implement a screening process for civil cases. A friend of mine has had to hire lawyers for over a year becuase her mentally ill ex is continually allowed to sue her for completely ridiculous things. They all get thrown out but it's still very distressing for her. The justice system is an avenue for crazy people to abuse people and make lawyers some easy money.
That’s also a reason why they don’t fix this part of the system, they benefit most from crazy people that take advantage of the legal system, the government and lawyers get paid
Sounds like a bad judge if this is continually happening. If the case is continuously being dismissed without prejudice that leaves the door open. You cannot stop someone from suing, it becomes the judge’s job to stop them from doing so. Now if they’re suing on different charges every time, then there’s really nothing you can do about it. It’s super unfortunate. Hope everything works out for your friend.
She can sue for damages and time lost. Calculate all wages lost and have it pay her loses. This will make it stop, also include harassment and a stop. Change her name legally, phone and address and don’t tell anyone as well as request a witness protection(could work could not due to government allowing to harassment with proof of bogus lawsuits. This will stop it 100%
My dad has been sued for crazy stuff by his neighbor (whose a lawyer) and he never wins but since he represents himself it’s free for him. The judge finally told him he couldn’t represent his self anymore and he stopped suing him
@@Joe-cc9it nah, I like the idea of one plaintiff lawyer, facing down a judge and 5000 defense lawyers, and every defense lawyer having to explain why the lawsuit needs to dropped for their client 😂😂
This is a really serious and sad example of an episode of psychosis. She needs serious help; she’s clearly very upset, paranoid, and scared over the delusions.
He's not the main news source, he's just the most popular. He's late to most stories compared to actual dedicated channels and he treats even the most serious stuff as non-chalantly as possible.
As a prior HomeDepot employee I can confirm and say yes we did want to kidnap her and her children. I saw in my contract that it was a requirement to keeps tabs on her and her purchases (if ever in my store.) actually when I went to my interview one of the first questions they asked was my stance on kidnapping.. it was later that I saw the error of my ways and decided to leave HomeDepot and devote my time and energy on instead of kidnapping, reuniting torn families with their lost loved ones. I’ve also adopted a few dogs along the way to give to those who need a forever home. I know I can never change the past but I can change my future and hope that people will forgive me and the coworkers I used to have
As ridiculous as it is, I hope she can get some help. This reeks of some sort of mental delusions, and I hate watching people slowly lose themselves when they can be helped. I've never even really heard of her, but I still hope this case can be used to get her the help she needs.
This is a prime example of how our judicial system needs an overhaul, if a case like this is allowed to go ahead imagine how many people are out there are being buried by just as ridiculous cases.
I feel bad for her honestly. It sounds like she's having a serious episode of psychosis, untreated and extreme paranoia and delusions causing her to think these people and companies are conspiring against her and are out to get her and her children. Either that or she's suffering from undiagnosed schizophrenia or an extreme mental break. I hope she gets the help she needs before she spirals further into hurting herself or someone else, especially her children.
She’s either really desperate for money and genuinely thinks this outrageous lawsuit will work, or she is suffering from psychosis. Psychosis seems likelier but the thought of this being a Gwyneth Paltrow case is hilarious.
That's the first thing I thought when I heard what the case was about! The fact the lawyer took the case is just going to feed into that... if she indeed going through that. I hope she can get evaluated and treated. I feel bad for the kids being dragged into this mess 😥
Edit: For the love of God, why do people keep commenting the same thing over and over, the case I'm referring to different from the one y'all are talking about, and even then, it's HOT COFFEE, unless the coffee was literally thrown on the woman or wasn't sealed correctly, it's on YOU to exercise caution and handle the coffee correctly. If people can sue, and settle, against McDonald's for not warning them about their hot coffee being hot, I don't doubt people will try to sue anyone for anything and try to get a settlement
There’s a bit more to the coffee story than you might think. Im pretty sure the coffee was hot enough to permanently scar the person, or at least injure her quite a bit.
Man, I feel bad for her...when my sister wasn't medicated properly she was adamant that our parents were in a sex trafficking cult, that our dad had SA'd her, and she tried jumping out of a moving vehicle while screaming my name when he was taking her to the ER. Rhaka and her children will be able to live better lives once she gets appropriate treatment.
@@rad44rr Hmm, let’s see, one can assume that she doesn’t believe this once medicated. But no, it’s more of a probability that her parents are pimps and OP is in denial. You’ve completely debunked the concept of psychological disorders.
@@elijahjakobsen7898 if that was true ,she wouldn’t be alive to talk about it ,do you think that the fbi ,bank of America if the really wanted to kidnapping her and and her kids would not be able to do that ?they are literally backed by the government and have almost unlimited resources.
I feel bad for the mom and the kids. My mom is schizophrenic and she genuinely believes that entire countries are trying to kidnap me and that her back pain is caused by people kicking her in her sleep by crawling though our home vents. Even in kindergarten I knew what she was saying was wild, but I didn’t have any ability to stop her when she tried to make a formal case to the police (complete with writings on the wall and newspaper clippings). I have a feeling that these kids are also aware of their situation but can’t really do anything about it. My dad’s will had to be air-tight to make sure she didn’t inherit all the money before I was of legal age because it was almost guaranteed that she would spend the money on something like this. I’m worried about their financial situation. There’s no way this mom has much in her savings after something like this.
This is way too relatable, except it's my dad and my grandpa is the one who put in a lot of work for his will. My parents are divorced, so at least he cannot touch the money on my mum's side. His side of the family has a lot more net worth, though.
I'm glad someones finally taken to the light the malicious and evil acts committed by home depot many children have been taken and hopefully we can spread awareness to stop this

nahh, I sympathize with any mental health issues she has, but it's not anyone else's responsibility to get her help. Unfortunately this country doesn't provide that sort of service unless the individual goes looking for it. It's not sad to see someone expressing their mental illness on others, it's cruel, irresponsible and selfish. She should be held accountable.
That chris Benoit thing blew my mind as a kid. It happened before i realized other people had feelings too and weren't just obstacles that told me what to do. It was so hard for me to comprehend that someone grown up and famous could snap and do something so horrible.
Well for starters he was drugged up. Anxiety and depression meds, steroids, pain meds. He was blazed. Plus his brain was legit fucked from years of concussions, plus he had dealt with lots of shit. Friends dying, fellow wrestlers dying. I'm not surprised he snapped when he was on all the meds under doctor's orders, with said doctor prescribing him steroids for years, and had lived through actual hell
@@woobgamer5210 that's what I was going to bring up. People treat Benoit's tragedy as just a dude who snapped, rather than bring up all the things he was going through and intense mental struggles. His whole family including him were victims sadly.

Basically I'm saying whether she is crazy or not the situation is much worse than just getting her some help either there is some level of Truth and he has broken her and she doesn't know what's true and what's not but her background supports this theory is well as her situation supports the situation being what she details she also provided large amounts of proof the lawsuit was stalled for months and after she went missing the lawsuit went through
It would make more sense for people to think she's just crazy or something if she wasn't a wrestler who had a direct relationship with everyone she named but she had a direct relationship with all of these people.... If Scottie pippen came out and said something about Michael Jordan I think we would believe it if gronkowski came out and said something about Tom Brady I'm sure we would believe it will this relationship was very similar in nature I don't think she's being completely accurate but I also think she would lie on her colleagues for no reason and disappear
Brain damage to the point of getting dementia at an early age (like 40) seems to have a decently high chance of occurring to wrestlers due to numerous head concussions. This is also what apparently made Chris Benoit kill his family and himself...
I feel so bad for the prosecutors in this case, their brains are going to be so swole after all the mental gymnastics they're going to have to do in court.
what repercussions? Anyone is allowed to make a lawsuit and pay for a judge to read it. That's all that has happened. The judge will read it then continue to rip it up and tell her to fuck off, and she paid for a judge to do that to her. I don't see a problem, it's funding the judicial system.

This is actually insane, As someone who lives in the El Paso area this isn’t even making local news. Even crazier, I actually listened to her tell her story in a domestic abuse awareness type community event, and she went through some pretty terrible and traumatic things. She didn’t say any names but she even told a couple stories about the WWE and other performers covering up her domestic abuse/relationship by “handling” situations themselves so that authorities didn’t have to get involved since her and her abuser were a “big name wrestling couple” This is especially sad because that was a couple years ago like 2018 or 2019, and I remember being specifically impressed by how well she told her story and how composed she was even when it was obviously a difficult and emotional topic for her Really hope she gets the help she needs. Sad to think how someone’s mental health and any problems they might have with it can effect their whole life

The thing is that it was that her children had almost been kidnapped, her ex-husband admitted to filing false police reports to try to get his children and have her be arrested. He's currently on prohibition for beating her unconscious in front of their children. The case does seem extreme, but she genuinely did almost have her children almost kidnapped from her under false pretenses and that is extremely awful.
