Just started a tank (75 gallon) which will eventually be a Discus community tank. Was hoping to order all of my fish from here based on the reviews and reputation. I had nothing living in my tank yet, just cycled and ready for the initial fish. Ordered 15 cardinal tetras, 4 rams and a pleco. The pleco had ich upon arrival so I upped my tank temp from 84 to 88 and started medication. Sadly the pleco and now 5 of the tetras have died. The whole tank has ich. Reached out to let them know and they replied the can assure me they didn't ship a fish with ich. Well where did it come from then? No inverts, nothing else in the tank.... I know it's unavoidable in the hobby but the response was not great. Pretty disappointing experience.Please note how this business replies to honest negative reviews. I own a business and wouldn't treat my worst customer close to this. I have had negative reviews of my business and still learn from them with a humble attitude. In complete disbelief how unprofessional Gabe is. The only thing wrong I did here was order from this business. This is not my first tank and I am not ignorant to the problems within the hobby. Don't order from them if you are considering it. Learned my $200 mistake.

Hola Gabe, tengo un tema con uno de mis discos, tiene una ulcera en la piel, comenzó como un granito y poco a poco se volvió una yaga abierta, estuve tratando al pez con eritromicina y tetracilina pero no me ha funcionado, la herida sigue haciendose mas grande, creo que la enfermedad es un ataque bacteriano de aeromonas. ¿me podrias apoyar con algun tratamiento para esta enfermedad? muchas gracias!

i just bought 10 discus around 10 cm. the fish in the shop come when I go over to the aquarium. But at home they hide. they go with diamond tetras, could it be their fault? or is it the water that is failing something? (the aquarium has been running for 10 years with angels, then has switched to discus. I prefer not to eat as much as in the shop. the live in 530 liters, I change 30% water every other day, they have 28 degrees water, just like in the aquarium, no nitrite nitrate or ammonia. Hope u can help me bro
