DH DG it was as forced as Schlubs Strategy to sound interested and as if he knew what Joe is talking about. I mean that’s what he does all the time, just repeating the last words with a question or agreeing. Just this time it was too obvious...“Chapelle“ u mean Dave Chappell? Like shut the fuck up
I don't say in ta resting what are you British? Do you say awh jeez Rick the bank charged my in ta rest? Or do you say interest? (Intrest) if you really say I gotta pay intarest on this loan, you're strange. Now say interesting
Eric Andre said before he did his special Chappelle told him "you don't need to be funny for 60 minutes, but you need to be interesting for 60 minutes". Eric said it was the best advice he ever got from another comedian.
Of course Chappelle said this to Trevor Noah too. Joe Rogan is just resentful that Trevor Noah gets the mainstream respect that Rogan knows is out of reach for him.
@@davidvelohue9258 mainstream respect is an oxymoron. I have never heard a single comedian praise Trevor Noah, let alone anyone else online or irl besides you just now. Jon Stewart was an infinity better Daily Show Host and comedian, although I will cede that Noah is better than Craig Kilborn was in both of those regards. Daily Show really lost all of its street cred a long time ago.
@@RiskyBRiskyB 1. "Oxymoron" doesn't mean what you think it means. 2. Comedians are not the judges of who is funny. Trevor sells out arena all over the world. Plenty of people find him funny. 3. Plenty of comedians have spoken highly of Trevor as a fellow comedian.
I think Dave Chappelle is a Muslim, and a Sunni Muslim too. I don't think he should visit this tattoed enemy of Muslim, rather Khabeeb should smack him for inviting enemies of Islam and spreading lies about Muslims.
@Telios Abraxas Smack him, he brought that tattooed zionist gavin mcinnes, then athiest darwin old guy saying things about spreading athiesm around the Muslim world, and then had the Ka'bah as the image for the video. This tattooed kaafir has spread a lot of lies about Islam and Muslims on his platform. Khabeeb should see that, because he smacked one of their tattooed degenerate pagan likes.
Fuck the Dalai Lama thing. Just the great leader by himself in western meathead's talkshow would be such a coup, no need to make that awkward. Also, having him on would mean that Trump would call in to do the next two shows, just to show who's boss...
Austin Sanders After hearing Joe talk about his stance on telling borderline brain damaged fighters to stop before it's too late I can picture him giving brendan advice and maybe even mentoring him into doing podcasts/speaking professionally as a way of rehab. I could be seriously speculating though and they could just be good friends, either way I feel like brendan is a bit slow on the draw even though he can contribute something to the conversation which is basically the main requirement of public speaking
Kanye, Eminem, Dave Chapelle, Conor McGregor, either of the Diaz brothers, the Rock, Johnny Depp.. the list goes on man so many interesting convos to be had on this
I think he actually said in one of the podcasts, he wouldn't want Kanye on, I think he'd cited Kanyes mental health worries him. He'd really like the Kim on though with all the work she does for false imprisonment.
@@jaqdraco That sounds wise, Kanye doesn't seem like he's in a state to have a two hour conversation without it devolving into a manic episode. Which is sad to say. Love the guy and hope he gets back on his meds and pulls his shit back together. Still making great music though.
Hot Ones is really for people who want to promote something. Most of those personalities were forced to go there by their managers & promoters. Joe doesn't need to promote anything, so don't count on it.
He asked that because on King And The Sting they had a black guy named Shapel on for a few episodes. Obviously Joe Rogan doesn’t know who that guy is. Schaub just an idiot.
I saw Chappelle for free in Golden Gate Park for Comedy Day on the Green or something when I was like 13. I'm not sure if he had done Half Baked yet but he headlined a d it was great. The Pine Sol lady with a gap in her teeth did stand up and so did Carlos Alazarqui who had only done Rocko's Modern Life at the time. My aunt took me and my cousin, which was cool cause she went to high school with Carlos.
I saw him just randomly show up in a park in Portland. He showed up with a tiny amp and mic. No one could hear him so he did crowd control for like 2hrs while some random people from the crowd brought a bigger amp.
"The other day I'm talking on the phone with Johnny Depp. Just wanted to talk to him. And I'm thinking 'what is this life?'" Most egregious attempt at a humble brag Rogan ever perpetrated. lol
Paul McCartney is happily enjoying his twilight years now. I'm unsure if he'd be motivated to do a JRE podcast - primarily because he's been interviewed a gazillion times already in his lifetime, many of them in long form conversations. I reckon the Howard Stern interview pretty much allowed Paul to say whatever he needed to say. Paul's the sort of guy who mostly likes to associate with fellow musicians nowadays, and/or people who are associated with the music industry.
God, yes. But that would probably be near impossible, I don't think he steps out that much anymore. Could do it from a his home, though, it would better than nothing at all.
Sowell is not going to come on. Why would he come on the Rogan podcast when it's meant to be casual? He hates self promotion and wasting his time talking over unimportant things.
@@christophert8419 It's not about self promotion. Speaking in the world's most popular podcast isn't unimportant. Sowell is easily one of the most brilliant minds alive today. His ideas deserve to gain more awareness.
One of the things I love about Joe Rogan, is that calling another man 'sweetheart' isn't a big deal. Since I started watching his channel it has become clear that he is considerate, genuine and genuinely interested, open to looking outside the box and questioning the world we live in
