Got the 12A running in this video and I have the perfect car waiting for it to go into!! Considering this will most likely be a long restoration and 13b turbo eventually, may as well use the engine in another car right now!
Great to see ya got the little 12A to crank over, do you know if it's ported or just a stocker? Looking forward to see what this other Mazda it is that it's going into.
I'm 99% sure it's unported, just a stock tall port, probably a series 3 rx7 motor or an import motor, it starts loping over because the front float chamber has a stuck needle and seat, and the front rotor would start flooding because the fuel pump just overfills the carby. I'll fix the issue in a following video 🙂 Or get a weber 😎🔥
@@Phil_Bennett yeah that makes sense. I had stuffed up fitting a falcon weber carb to my Gemini and blocked off the carby base vac port for the power valve..sounded awesone lol dumping bucket loads of fuel in. Barely made it around the block.
