The combination of those 2 exercises is a fat burning powerhouse. I haaaaaaate burpees but can’t argue with their effectiveness. I like moderate weight snatches done in the Viking Warrior Conditioning interval format of timed rest/ reps alternated with burpees also.

Hey man. I gotta say I have been doing kettlebell workout plus cardio and body weight and I am feeling the changes. I went from 178 to 176 in 2 weeks.

Day 10 of simple & sinister. Ready to bump get up weights from 53 to 58-60. Doing 10 2 hand swing at 106 lbs is going good. 10 yrs kb experience so it’s not a beginner’s routine.

1-20. 1 pump burpees and kb swings. 210 burpees and swings total.

Yes, it is true, nutrition matters a lot." But in terms of repetitions and sets... what matters is the force you apply when you do the contraction and what muscle you are engaging when you do the repetitions. For example, I see many people who work their biceps but then end up with more pain in their shoulders than in their biceps. In that situation you realize that you did something wrong.

Exercise is for building muscle, circulation, lymph movement, toxin release, and mental focus. Losing fat is almost entirely diet. That said, once you have your diet dialed in and totally solid, then by adding exercise without increasing calories, the extra calories the exercise burns can certainly speed up the process. At least, that's how I look at it.

....I agree that weight loss is mostly done in the kitchen . But if you do strength train and build some muscle, that muscle will need energy so it will burn calories as well even after the workout. Also, I find that when I'm in the zone with exercise....its harder for me to allow myself to eat junk and throw away all that hard work and effort.

None of the plethora of exercises burn belly fat per se. It must be a whole-body approach to exercising and a diet just a bit defitietary.

Swing from a low position then to a standing position. It works. Add a jump rope then go and enjoy a bucket of ice cream. :)
