Lots of info missing, CHECK numbers, unemployment, Opiod outbreaks (Drugs), Crime, no neighborhood is safe in windsor thanks to toronto idiots who ruined it. Losing Chrysler third shift and many smaller companies that employ 6000 people. Its all hidden from you so you can invest here and waste your money

Hey Harjot I got my first property in 2017 for 102k in last 2 years that's huge appreciation in Windsor, the same property currently valued at 230k

Also not all homes in Riverside are for millionaires. That is mainly only along the River front (even though the River front properties drop just a tad when you get into the East Windsor part of the map)

all homes on riverside are over a million because of the idiots from Toronto who made prices go up. Meanwhile come to the east and see how the water levels are .. a few years from now it wont be safe because the water level is so high right now and these homes already stack up sand bags lol

Automotive, Construction, university & college and government, banking jobs take up the majority Some Medical jobs in Windsor up coming on High tech jobs, Quick and loans already opened a branch here, he's is plans to grow it in coming years High Tech & medical jobs in Detroit also add alot to Windsor (TN workers) Also, Windsor is best place for retires - so many retirement homes depending small business

Dont compare Toronto ( a financial capital ) to a city that is based of the Industrial complex that is collopasing slowly. Chrysler is pulling out slowly, there are no new investments ..there are no jobs here, younger people will not come here ..they are leaving, people are too scared to open new businesses ..there is no cash flow here ..so stop selling bullshit

They destroyed generations to come so they can pocket that commission. houses worth 175K are now 500k how does that make sense? what do you expect families to do ? ask for a RAISE? do you think Families in windsor can compete with these investors from Toronto. Even realtors are buying these homes to rent them out. I hope they lose their income and their families

Ill be honest with you, you or anyone planning to move here because they think its cheap is dead wrong. The investors already destroyed this city by buying up starter homes that a typical married couples with 1 or 2 kids can buy are basically gone to RENTAL properties. They bought out everything and now no one can find homes anymore and if you do .. a house that was worth 145k is now close to 400k which doesn't make sense but because the idiots from Toronto come to windsor and can sell their 1 million dollar home .. they think thats a bargain. As for investments, no one is investing in Windsor, Jobs? good luck .. its who you know and everyone is related, therefore if you are an outsider .. you wont get nothing by factory jobs .. that you can't handle in the summer months. the younger crowd leaves this city for toronto .. and all you have coming here are the chinese and indians who are buying out these starter homes. You wont see them buying anything else. Then they will rent you these homes at 2000 to 2500 .. mind you .. no one makes money like that in windsor to afford such homes. its like they are advertising to their own out of town idiots .. and as if someone will move to windsor to spend 2000 to 2500 on rent when there is nothing here. there are no expansions in this city, the hospital is being built on the outskirts of the city because they have a hidden (homeless / drug / mental health issue problem in Windsor) Them thinking that putting the hosipital so far away .. is because they dont want these individuals to come to their doors and bother them. There is so much crime and its all hidden as well. Safe for kids? absolutly not, there are pedophiles and predators running around the city not being arrested. Again its who you know ..its like a mafia. you have been warned

@Aditya is it possible to still rent a 2 bedroom house at $1000 anywhere in Windsor that has parking? My brother fell on hard times so I thought I would ask. We are from the East End originally and prefer it but fine with the Walkerville area and Fontainbleu and Riverside Estates or what ever they are calling that now (used to be just the villages of Riverside). What about 2 bedroom apartments with designated parking that are no higher than $1000? Does such a thing exist in 2019?

I've heard mixed thoughts on Windsor, how big of a downgrade is Windsor from KW, or maybe its an upgrade. How safe is it for children? Is it a city where an abnormal amount of crimes take place?
