I think that we will have below normal temperature and above normal snow from late November of 2016 to March of 2017.

All the warm predictions seem to assume La nina is going to intensify and thus far that's not happening.

I think the Midwest will see cold temps and snow from middle of January to march but December and November it's going to be mild.

I'm in Miami.....I wanted some cold this year, as its been 7 years since we've seen below 40ºF in the morning....I guess no dice again this year.
