Hey Sid , I have a question What is meditation , how to meditate .... I wonder is it just sitting with closed eyes and taking deep breaths but after that i tend to feel sleepy or sometimes really get into sleep while sometime i had multiple of thoughts coming in my mind which are completely useless when i try to go deep into that and figure out what is it . But sometimes i really get answers or realise what i am doing is right or wrong or i can say self evaluate basically ye self talk h . So What is Meditation and how to perform it ? :)
When doing meditation dont force your brain to control your thoughts just ease on your self that its okay and dont judge yourself you will see the further you ease the easier it will get to meditate
Hey Dr Sid, My max productivity time is late nights....upto 4 to 5am sometimes...wic means a lot of late mornings and a rushed start to d day plus lot of guilt tht I cudnt start d day earlier. Wat do u think is better then starting d day earlier or have d late nite work anyways.
Its alright, not all humans have the same sleep cycle. Some people are Morning Larks and some are Night Owls, well the world is a bit biased towards the one.
