1959 by the Mercury station wagon and Chevrolet patrol car. I seriously doubt police would have pulled over for a bicycle accident unless they were flagged down. Cars usually leave skid marks when they are braked hard, but bicycles don't. A tad overdramatized.
I was wondering if anyone knows where this waa filmed, and what production company made it? Judging from the clothes and hairstyles,I'd say this was from the early 1960's.
Someone will say it is the pedestrian 🚶mistake because he was not looking, however the cyclist 🚴♀️ was also distracted by the ball 🏀 and changed his way so he hit the pedestrian ,, you can not see this from all sides, thus real life sometimes same way ,, e.g in football the refrees see from his Angl and must take action which people don't want to understand sometimes
We can't rely on the witness statements because there is not enough information. What "I" do know is that it happened at Hill and Church, and the pedestrian should have been watching where he was going and on the sidewalk! In this case the pedestrian did NOT have the right of way. The pedestrian should have asked the ball players to make way for him. I also didn't see the need for a police report, unless the pedestrian plans to sue for lost wages and disability.
Something I can't figure out: Those girls throwing the ball around are clearly high school age. I don't recall ever seeing teenaged girls do anything like that.
