Worcester cdi EA fault - bearing plate removal and fix - intermittent fault EA error code 

Thank you so much, been having problems for months. Replaced a few sensors with no luck. Since cleaning the bearing plate all seems well.

Just had this fixed on our 42cdi combi. the rubber bit had seemingly overheated and melted holes through the centre of the rubber diaphragm..

Hi Pete. I came across yesterday with EA faulty code on 30 cdi conventional Worcester boiler and I think there's 2 issues with it. Bearing plate and poor circulation. What happened it cut out when reach 55 degrees and also flow gets hot but return still cold. Would appreciate if you could reply. Many thanks. Ps. It managed to rise up to 79 degrees before draining dawn the system but after won't pass 55 degrees.
