We caught up with the U.S. high school boys 4x100m national record squad from Humble Atascocita (TX) as they threw down a speed ladder and lactate workout ahead of the 2024 UIL championship season.
The Workout:
4xSpeed ladder
2x250m (Jelani Watkins)
1x450, 2x200m (Jordan Parker, Landon Fontenot and rest of 400m group)

@@WheeJonesmost likely sports. A lot of athletes transfer to get recognization, or even better coaching.

This is there first year with good team, and if they didn’t have oh boy transfer to there school they would be ok ! 🤷🏾‍♂️ Dville coach need to be showed they been good the last couple years ijs
