No impact workouts are a great way to get fit without placing any pressure on your joints. If you are recovering from an injury, dealing with limited mobility, or just need a good cross-training activity, this no impact floor fitness routine is the perfect way to get moving!
Ready to get off to a strong start?! It's time for another no impact floor workout! No impact floor workouts have been some of the most popular video routines on my RU-vid channel. I love hearing positive comments from subscribers (you can read some of them in the comment section). It's always nice to know that the work you create can help others. I'm constantly brainstorming content to create that can give people health, positivity, and strength.
Our world is full of extremes, super hard "push yourself to the max" programs, and quick fixes. There is so much out there that makes you feel bad about your body and yourself. I am here with something different. I offer safe, effective workouts that you CAN do to stay active, be balanced, and live well. It makes me sad that our culture is inundated with negative messages that you "have to" exercise to lose weight, look younger, or be "perfect". The negative consequences of these media messages are HURTING our health. I have a different message to share: YOU ARE ALREADY PERFECT and exercise doesn't need to feel like punishment or be about always bending over backward to fit a certain number. Instead, exercise can be about LIVING BETTER, FEELING BETTER, and BEING WELL.
There comes a point when your body wants a BREAK from all the pushing, hard workouts, and "not good enough" thoughts.
If you and your body need that break, I am here to give you a way to stay active and love your workouts. I provide exercise routines that challenge you in a healthy way and help you feel good about yourself so you can live your best life. This no impact floor workout is a way to be fit and nice to your body while doing it. I hope you enjoy this no-impact routine and it is a video you return to again to feel amazing.

I can't tell you how glad I am that I found your channel. I have a long-term and scary foot injury and can't stand being inactive. 92annamarie, I feel your pain. I went from walking miles a day to basically sitting most of the day. I can walk from point A to point B but that’s about it. I have a birth defect that didn’t start manifesting until I was in my mid forties. I’ve had several failed surgeries & my left foot is so twisted, I can barely wear a sneaker. I still live in my surgical boot almost a year later. I understand the hopelessness you feel. We have to keep going. Do these chair workouts & floor workouts. It’s better than nothing. Never give up. One day at a time my friend, one day at a time.

I’m out here, and felt so alone until Caroline cracked me up while I was crying through this workout. I’ve been a dancer all my life, played rugby in college, and ran a half marathon every year with my sister. I fell at the bouldering gym (not even a hobby of mine!) and shattered the cartilage in my left ankle. Every step hurts now and causes more damage to the joint. There’s no surgery for me. This workout gave me my first sweat and endorphin rush in a year. Thank you, Caroline, for being here with me!

Stress fracture right foot! Was really down about this had just amped up my workouts to do the 75 hard challenge and thought I was going to have to throw in the towel but someone recommended chair workouts, and I found Caroline!! It’s been a great change but still allows me to get my workouts in

I know I told you this before in another video but I fell off my horse and it’s now been close to six weeks I was so depressed at first because I am a gym junkie and I love high impact workouts it’s all I do I never thought I would be laying on a Matt but you are my lifesaver! Not only are your videos awesome but the way you explain how to do your form properly is going to help me and others to prevent future injuries!! I never learned so much about my body as I do now from you! You have no idea the impact you make in peoples lives xoxo!!!

Wow this was tough. I am healing through a recent surgery of my Achilles’ tendon. I did not want to stay stagnant for months of healing and looked for floor exercises. This was tough. I will keep doing it daily until I master it. THANK YOU!

Thanks for another great workout Caroline. I am one of your hurt foot fitness members, unfortunately coming up on one year of dealing with Plantar Fasciitis. Good news, as you’ve promised, this challenge has given me the opportunity o focus on/strengthen other areas of my body. After months of doing your floor barre videos, my core is in the best shape it’s ever been in. I used to feel the need for chiropractic spinal adjustments on a fairly regular basis, but since I’ve worked so much on strengthening my core - I cannot remember the last time I thought to myself, “Man, I need an adjustment.” As you would say with your infectious enthusiasm, “BONUS!” With beautiful springtime weather returning to NE PA, I am going through a new grieving cycle due to my continued inability to go outside for a walk or a run. Thanks again for providing me with your positivity, encouragement, and the chance to create some alternative victories in my fitness journey. Wishing you all the best, Jen

I found these Caroline Jordan workouts a month ago after I fractured my toe. I thought I would just do 2-3 videos, but instead have been doing her workouts several times a week for the past month! I broke my fifth metatarsal in 10/30/21. Found Caroline's videos about 2 weeks later and have been working out with her routines ever since. There is recovery, and there is much life after a broken foot :) One day at a time and be gentle but determined. You are the process :)

Im 62 and broke my fifth metatarsal last year. It took months to heal, so long that by the time I got out of the boot, my muscles had completely atrophied and my foot was useless. I had a walker! I thought i would never havev use of my foot. Ugh. Lots of PT. Having been used to a daily walk along the beach (even in the coldest winter weather), I was missing exercise. This video and workout got me through. I'm fully healed now (but def am way more aware of my feet), but I still do this workout after my beach walk.

This is my first time doing one of Caroline's workouts and I'm hooked! I love her quirkiness and how fun she makes it. I found myself smiling a lot of the time, yet wanting to cry because of the burn. Haha. I love that she did different exercises that I'd never seen before. Often times you see the same workouts and can't work new muscles. I have had a knee injury for the past 6 months and it's super hard to find a good no impact workout and Caroline nailed it! Such a good impact on the exercising world. Thanks girl!

Caroline as trained dancer I appreciate so much your professionalism and the way you do things correctly. There are so may people on RU-vid who simply are self appointed experts with no credentials to be helping people. You help people get in shape safely and properly. I just found your channel after breaking in foot! I am 70 and usually do exercises more geared for seniors. I have to say that I could not keep up with a lot of what you did, but I gave it my best. I would love if there was an easier option available as well so that I don't have to sit out the too difficult exercises. But loved your video!

I just wanted to let you know you have absolutely saved me! I tore three ligaments in my ankle during a rock climbing accident and I felt very discouraged during the first month of my recovery. Hello from Hamburg/Germany! I´m in a boot for six weeks now after a foot surgery which was aweful pain and made me so weak and depressed. Before surgery I was a passionate runner and I miss it so much to work out intensively 3 oder 4 times a week. To discover your channel really saved me from getting mad. :-) At first I was a little bit sceptic because my English isn´t very good (my last English lesson was 21 years ago ;-)) and I was afraid of missunderstanding important details. But it worked perfectly for me. I just want to send you a big big "thank you" and tell you how precious your lessons are - both for body and mind!

your channel has absolutely saved me in the past couple months since i discovered it🥺 coming up on one year of dealing with a chronic foot injury i've been unable to walk or run on with still no end in sight, i really thought i would just be suffering the whole time until i healed but your simple yet effective workouts PLUS your incredible attitude while demonstrating have given me so much confidence and surprisingly gotten me into really good shape!! without running i feel like a yogi who hasnt practiced in a year😖 and it's hard some days to get to the pool or on my bike to stay moving, but i really look forward to these videos. thank you so much Caroline!!

HI Caroline, thank you so so much. I found your channel a year and half ago when I tore all the ligaments in my right ankle. But today I'm commenting to thank you for helping to get me out of my current funk! I had a carpel tunnel operation on my right arm two weeks ago. I have really bad tennis elbow on my left hand. My right ankle still hasn't fully recovered and yesterday I twisted my left ankle! I was able to do most of this work out without putting weight on my hands or feet! (I skipped the table top exercises and modified a few others.) I feel like there's hope. Your positive and enthusiastic commentary really helps. Wow, this routine was no joke. I am beat! I cannot thank you enough for this workout Caroline. I'm recovering from what I expect are 2 pulled sartorius muscles causing pain on the inner knees. I usually hike 3-6 miles a day in addition to weight lifting/band/calisthenics and needed something low impact to get in cardio while my knees recover. I was expecting I'd have to purchase a bike or other machine for cardio or drive an hour just to go to the closest indoor pool. You saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you so much, subscribed!

I broke my 5th metatarsal 11 weeks ago. I’ve been doing Caroline’s workout during my whole recovery. Before hurting my foot I exercised via Beachbody videos. I have loved Caroline’s workouts. I look forward to doing them each day. My abs and shoulders are stronger now then before my injury. This workout is tough! Thank you!

I know this isn’t a new floor work out, but it’s one of my favorites. It gives you a really good full body workout without aggravating any back or knees issues you may have. Thank you very much for these floor barre workouts.

Hi Caroline! What a great workout. I just found this channel after I broke my fibula in 2 places. i have a plate and 8 screws just above my right ankle. No driving, no weight bearing for at least another month. I was a marathon runner before this and aim to be again, when I am done healing. I really like that the exercises will be easy to incorporate to the PT I know I will be doing. I'd love to do more clams and frogs in any new videos you are doing! Thanks for helping me build up a sweat while in this boot!!

I love all your floor barre videos! I've been a runner for a while but was recently diagnosed with stage 2 arthritis after my knees became swollen and painful(I'm 30 with 4 kids so that was a hard pill to swallow) and your workouts are helping me stay positive, fit, and I have much less pain than I did a couple months ago. Thank you and I look forward to doing more of your workouts :)

I have a bad case of plantar fasciitis and have been unable to do standing exercises for months now. I came across your videos and I’m loving them! In a weird way, I’m grateful for my injury because it got me to focus on muscles that were neglected during my regular work outs. Your encouragement to see the light and stay motivated is so helpful! Hello Caroline, I am currently waiting for ankle replacement surgery. I had given up trying to loose weight as all the exercises required me to be on my feet. Thank you very much for your videos. I have done one a day for the last three days. I need to loose about 100 pounds. I try and do all the poses but can’t quite get some. I also have two slipped disks in my lower back. This video was the best so far. I think I am going to try it again tomorrow.

WOW I loved that because I wanted to give up halfway through, I lay down and though 'Ive had enough, it's too hard, I'll do the whole thing next time' but listening to you I found the motivation to get going again and I'm so glad I did. I didn't make it through all the reps of all the exercises but I did as many as I could and I kept at it. I can't wait to check in again and tell you I made it through the whole thing with no stops. Starting the journey back to mobility needs a motivator like you!

I recently had surgical removal of warts on my foot and I must say your exercises are saving my life as I am usually exercising everyday, from cycling to running, which I currently am not able to do

Hi Caroline, wow I'm so glad I've found you. Im currently recovering from a hallux valgas correction and I've been desperate to find an exercise routine I can do safely, to feel like I'm still moving my body, working out whilst i'm recovering. I was always a 5 x a week HIIT girl so going from 100% to 0% was depressing and soul destroying, so thank you for saving me and giving me the opportunity to feel my body working again. So very grateful. I'd love you to point me in the right direction for leg/thigh exercises as this is my biggest weak point and I need to tone them up before the summer, but I'm obviously limited for the next 3 months. Thank you x

I still love this video, I had a broken tibia bad non weight bearing for 20 week! I got the all clear Dec 1 and I still do this video and love it. It is very challenging and feel so strong! Love all of your video’s Caroline injured or not! XOXO

I've been recovering from a foot correction/bunion removal and your workouts have given me the opportunity to keep healthy and fit but physically but even more importantly, mentally. I am so looking forward to continuing your workouts despite now being 6 weeks post op as I love them!!

I’ve been dealing with 3 broken metatarsals for 4 months. I was non weight bearing for over 3 of those. I’m normally a very active person and this has been beyond challenging. I’ve done so many of your videos over the past few months and this is by far one of the best and most challenging (esp since I still have to wear a large boot). Thanks for putting these videos out and for making seated workouts functional and not lame!

Best workout ever .I have a fractured calcaneum and my right leg has below knee plaster.Was looking for a no impact workout .Tried my best for the first day.will do it everyday

I can’t believe it took me this long to search for low impact foot injury workouts! After my most recent foot injury I thought my only options were arm workouts but so happy to have found Caroline’s foot injury workout series! Thanks so much, Caroline for creating these and focusing on self care and staying positive through an injury! It’s just as much of an emotional battle as it is physical.

THANK YOU for these hurt foot workouts workouts. Feeling strong despite my immobility. I appreciate the lack of music. I started with yoga and do not have enough time for both workouts and yoga. The gentle deep stretch at the end of this video was greatly appreciated.

I feel amazing after that workout Caroline!! 10th week not being able to put weight on my broken leg (8 weeks cast + 2 weeks in boot on crutches) I feel stronger and I am more sculpted than before breaking my leg!!! Thank you Caroline!! I have 2 more weeks to go and can’t wait to see how I feel and look after 2 more weeks of working out with you!! XOXO
