Enemy teams feeding broadsides 6:28 8:43(observe how the dmg/salvo drops when Vladi angles). Iowa, who shot him, KNOWS he's there and still doesn't angle away: 11:30 and onwords. Then there's the geniuses in Thunderer and Musashi. 12:40 and up. Musashi shoots HE salvos 13:47 14:11, instead of killing Yama with AP. If i was gifted 270+ dmg like this, i'm not sure i'd feel proud enough, to send in a replay.

Scroll wheel shooting is painful to watch. Also, watching someone consistently give too little lead and hit broadside ships near their stern is painful to watch. And then the guy has the audacity to taunt in all-chat.

I quite like Thermal's paintjob. Very stylish. I also just noticed the Yamato's turrets have little AA-gun ears.

6:01 I read something interesting about this game: it models dispersion vertically instead of horizontally (in real life, shell dispersion tends towards the latter). So broadside-on wouldn't be that bad in the real world. Unfortunately, this is an arcade-style simulator.

Thunderer shooting AP and Mushashi HE at his nose, the other way around he would be dead, been premium ships says a lot about their drivers.. Also he shot a 2k hp Mushashi superstructure with the rear turret instead of the bow and he wasted a salvo from his front guns on him instead turning for the Thunderer.. In short, he didnt win, they lost.

I used to play WoW legends on console, I stopped when they introduced the Yamato and Alaska as grindfest time-gated super ships, where I landed three citadels at once into the weak spot under the turrets of a Yamato with my Iowa and didnt kill it.

Shortly after getting sunk, the Vladivostock player pops up in chat and claims he was disconnected and had to use his phone as a hotspot to get back into the battle. I can only assume that was from before he came around the corner of that island in front of Thermalmode, because at no point did he lose control of his ship. He was maneuvering, firing his guns and using his cooldowns the whole time. *No Johns!*

His catchphrase is an old slang word that was used in the USA a long time ago. He's misspelling it. It's spelled diddly-do, and is a sexual reference. Diddle is a word for having sex. In use, a couple of guys might be walking down the street and see an attractive girl, whereupon one would say "diddly-do" to the other, meaning "I'd like to have some of that!". There's another use of diddly which means "very little", and normally is heard as "diddly squat", meaning "practically nothing". In use, a person might say "I went to the bank to withdraw some cash, but found out that I have diddly squat in my account." Since I wrote this comment in the opening moments of the game, I have no idea if that player knows what he's saying. :D
