Well guys, another item has made its way into my collection. I am very grateful and humbled to be able to preserve the memory of the veteran that this was awarded to posthumously. I will continue to do research and hopefully I can find more info on him and his service.

I don't know who started that junk about collecting Purple Hearts, but I wasn't going to turn down items that were going to the trash. So many items over the years were discarded due to the lack of respect by individuals. I rescued so many items over the years through cleaning out those estates and /or family/ family friends seeking me out to place them in my care. Well Done 👍 I may put you in my Will
