Good watching there, fellows..quite like both your and Mr Venturinos' work and articles. I may add, without criticism-there is a way to clean the SVT series from the breach-at the rear of the reciever is a pivoting little cover. Once you remove the guts (bolt, carrier, etc) a long cleaning road can be passed thru. Having said that, not sure about the sniper mount being in the way or no...would have to check my made-up sniper before being confident.

I understand that the SVT40 was also issued to Naval battalions because sailors were accustomed to working with machinery whereas conscripts from unmechanised farms or hunter-gatherer backgrounds tended to have problems with looking after self-loading firearms. As anyone who has taught people how to shoot, can attest … it is much easier to teach girls and women how to use and maintain firearms😁! Thanks for an entertaining video. Cheers from NZ🇳🇿.

Same powder charge for 150 to 250 grain bullet, don't want him loading for me

Pretty sure he said 150-155 grain bullets
