I bought a "cruise control" for mine to help ease the hand fatigue. It's hard to put on, but it helps a lot.

Great video! Did you swapped out the stock exhaust?

tmap: temperature manifold absolute pressure sensor. basically tells the bike not only the intake air temp but also the manifold absolute pressure, that way the efi system knows how much fuel to inject, my ‘00 grand am has a map sensor too and ive had to replace it like 4 times in its whole life!

I bought essentially the same RZ bike online from Fly's New York dealership in March. It was shipped to me in California. I have not been able to get the dealer to supply either a Manufacturer Of Origin or Bill of Lading. Mine also does not have any VIN tag, just the steering tube VIN. The VIN is short - 12 numbers, and California is Department of Motor Vehicles and California Highway Patrol is looking for 17 alpha numeric characters. So far getting a license for it has been a no go. I see from your videos your bike is also from Fly. How did you manage to get both documents from this company?

I know you said a faulty tmap sensor would stall your bike, but my bike starts and shuts off..it’s dies slowly and boom it shuts off like in 5 seconds..does that sound like a battery issue ?

You're not too far from me. This engine configuration should be able to do 80mph at 6.5k rpm. I really recommend to go +1 or +2t up front AND -3T on the rear. My BMS 260 was able to get to 83, and that one had a CVT.

That 21 sec zero to 60 time is the slowest I have ever seen by far... and he wasn't even fully stopped. For reference, the slowest 0-60 Jap bike I've seen is the GSX-250R that clocks around 9-10 sec. Ninja's 250's are round 7-8 sec... even the KPR 200 which he references here, does it in about 12-13 sec. You also have to keep in mind that the speedo on those bikes is always about 5-10 mph faster than actual mph. Just something to consider before purchasing.

i have a slight idle issue on my new gtx 250 i suspect might be this . Until i know where everything is. Bike otherwise runs flawslessly too and from work. i love the bike alot but cant find parts i need for bracket and I want a new mirror that go acidentally broken .I have some minor issues but nothing to prevent me from using bike cause i like fuel economy i get vs a big tank car .Gas in texas is not cheap cause of the supply and demand thing i guess. all the big trucks are thirsty while i just pass them at the gas station.

Ain't nothing wrong with this bike. But I feel a lot of you guys are so worried about what the bite looks like instead of just learning how to ride the bike. My first bike I had bought six or seven years ago. It was a Suzuki GS500 1989. Didn't care what it looked like because I know I wasn't a great rider. I just wanted to become a great rider on it. I dropped that thing many times. Did not care. Picked it right back up. Only paid $1,000 for it. You can find cheap bikes on craigslist. What I did was when I bought the bike. I took a straight to a motorcycle shop and had them look over it and fix whatever needed to be fixed to make it safe. I didn't have them fixed things to make it look good. Just make it safe.. cuz I plan on getting a better bike. I just want to learn and drop that bike first. It already had a few dents on it. Didn't really care. Stop worrying about what it looks like and how fast it goes and worry about learning first and then get what you like cuz you don't want to get a bike you like the way it looks and then you drop it do you want to get a bike that you ain't really worried about dropping it That's awesome! Why I got older bike? They seem to be a little bit more tougher than a newer ones. You drop those. They seem to fire right back up after the carbs unflooded though 😆 lol cuz mines was carbureted. That was for the ones who can't really ride or who are trying to learn how to ride. Not for the ones who already know how to ride

Man I’m having major problems with my bike look like oil coming out the air filter where a line running into it looks like and now the bike won’t crank or turn over or nothing if you got any pointers that would help thanks also it shuts off at lights and the oil light is on smh
