Bought a '23 yamaha wolverine x4 850 xtr, trading in our 2-up atv. Pushing 70 yo we upgraded than quit motorsport. Bringing friends & family and the quietness is awesome. The info you provided is very helpfull. Thanks,

10,000 is nothing , 32,000 hard miles at work so far on 700 Wolverine , fully expect to get 50,000 before I buy a new one : )

Now that you have the Rmax 1000, are you happy with it compared to the 850? Im looking at getting a new yamaha wolverine, trying to decide between the 850 X2 or the Rmax, any advice is appreciated...thanks!

I'm in heaven with the RMAX. You'll push the X2's limits whereas the RMAX will push your limits. It's more comfortable, waaaaaaay more powerful, and more refined. If you can afford it, get the RMAX.

Still running on original wheel bearings, brake pads, CV axles/boots, battery, and wet clutch.

I just bought a 21 model with 1000 miles on it and the drive line clunk on acceleration and deceleration drives me insane is there any way to fix the play seems like the front drive shaft ? I’d appreciate any advice given

Really not much you can do as the 850 cc-based X2/X4's don't have D-mode, which helps greatly with the unintentional jerking caused by your foot bouncing over rough terrain.
