These are three short clips from a new qigong video produced by New Shoot Pictures called Qigong for Healthy Joints, Muscles and Tendons. On the video programme are two practices: one for Arthritis Prevention and Relief, and another of the Yi Jing Jing, or Muscle Tendon Changing Classics. The videos will be released as a three-disc box set DVD in December 2019 or January 2020 called 'Qigong for Heath and Wellness'. Looks good! I have bought both of your videos and book, all very professional. I lead a Qigong class at my church and have taught them your version of the Bone Marrow Cleansing, one that I really like in the evening to calm prior to bed. I started my qigong journey watching you do the 8 Brocades shortly after you posted it. Peace, love and good Qi!

Lovely Video! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got excellent results with it.

I've just found out your videos and they're amazing! I love your explanations and meaning of the moves as you show them, because I think it's important to know what they mean, as important as the detailed directions in order to do them correctly. I'm a newbie, just started practising qigong everyday for the last 6 or 7 days and I love it so much! Many, many thanks!

@@MimiKuoDeemer Yes! I've been practising daily for 45 minutes to an hour for the last week and I can feel the changes already! This is wonderful, I love it! I've been practising with the RU-vid videos, but I'm going to purchase your newest video on joints and muscles via Vimeo. I'm a fan!

Hi Mimi, I love your teaching style. You explain things so clearly. What are the best QiGong exercise for me? I’ve been doing "8 Brocades" I have Emphysema (lungs), back pain (sciatica), fibromyalgia (pain) & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The doctor I saw in China was treating me for "damp spleen" not sure if he said hot or cold damp spleen. Which is best to help lungs, spleen & give energy to the cells in the body?

Damp is a pathogen by itself, your spleen does not have to be hot or cold.

I've bought your video and follow your others on RU-vid. I find your instructions really clear, enjoy these practices very much, and find them very beneficial. I started on my Tai Chi and Qi Gong journey a few months ago, in an effort to improve my balance, mobility and strength. A health condition a few years ago has affected my balance, mobility and weakened my legs. I have a question about the Tiger Pouncing on its Prey movement (Qigong for Healthy Joints, Muscles and Tendons - Practice 2 Yi Jing Jing): if I'm not able to lift the back leg and balance on one leg only, is there an effective modification? Should I hold on to something so I can balance to lift the back leg, or simply just lift the heel on the back leg until I - hopefully - improve with practice! I'm also thinking it might be useful to break this sequence down to its component parts and do them separately first, until I can flow them together. Would you agree?

I recommend to keep the back foot on the ground and just lift the heel, or use a chair. Both are good modifications!

I have an injured tendon in my leg that physical therapy is struggling to fix, would the full yijin jing do the trick?

I can't say this will fix your leg, Qigong is more preventative medicine. But if you practice gently and with respect to your injury, it might support your healing. Good luck!
