Depending on your goals you can use it as a gentle morning routine to activate the muscles and nourish the joints or use it as a deep stretching practice to build core strength and increase flexibility - there are no limits when it comes to Yi Jin Jing. There are many variations of Yi Jin Jing Qigong. This complete Yi Jin Jing version is good for beginners and older adults.
