Sorry Yanni, Joey is the champ in my mind. Those controversial takedown points at end of regulation were a gift from the ref. McKenna wins. Why can't you ever just get a clean win. This is tainted one.Sorry.

Yes that takedown at the end was probably not 2, but how can you say that 6:57 wasn’t a takedown? I’m pretty it was just a makeup call

That was the worst called national final match I’ve ever seen. First the takedown they took away from McKenna should of been 2. He clearly had control for a good second. Then the “takedown tha yanni got at the buzzer was absolutely b crap. There was never full control and he never put the boot in. Terrible.

NCAA officials never admit mistakes. First one was an obvious near-fall and again at 11:50

How was it near fall at 11:50?? He just rolled though before McKenna could get a reversal

Yianni is a great wrestler but he isn’t as good as people think. At least not yet. It showed at World teams and Olympic trials. Not world class yet. And if he would have wrestled 141 and not that shit 149 weight class last year Nick Lee would have been more than he could’ve handled

Not. It would’ve went to sudden victory anyway. Cornell got robbed in the 2nd period of 2
