I really like Sasso, but something’s gotta change for next season if he’s gonna reach the top. He seemed more dominant last year, tons of close matches this year won in the late seconds. Gotta take Yanni’s post match comment as motivation.

Love Tim, Jim, Shane, and Rock, but these no announcer matches are interesting to watch. Now I’m not trading the guys for these ever because what they bring to watching these matches is just awesome. Their intelligence and enthusiasm make all of these matches so much fun to watch. Our Family is so excited for the rest of the season, the Conference Championships, and of course most of all The NCAA Division 1 National Championships!!

How about letting them wrestle through a position. Theses refs act like they need to be heard. It's not your job to yell at the guys for action, this isn't freestyle. This match was nothing but action and you kept calling stale mates. And just because a guy is around the waste and an ankle doesn't mean they are stalling. How they hit yanni for stalling was ridiculous. If you are going to do that and say they aren't working up then hit a guy who drapes over and just hangs on for the stale mate. This was one of the worst refed tournaments I have ever watched. It feels like the people making the rules and refing matches have never wrestled.

Pound for pound, Yianni is the best NCAA wrestler right now, even ahead of Stevenson imo.

Met this Sasso kid once when I was hanging with a rough bunch back in like 2015 or so.... seemed like a cool kid but was into partying and definitely had some other rough characters around him. Seems like he's been riding talent for a long time. It's funny....that same night I was doing bad substances with Chance Marstellar or however you spell it, who was apparently one of the greatest HS wrestlers ever, look where that went.... not saying I'm perfect and I know wrestlers are rowdy boys, but I saw so many of them fall short of their potential as athletes and individuals because of substances

As I see it sasso did better vs yianni that anyone this season he needs to put in a lot of work in the off-season

I've never seen a match that was this close on points, but so not close in regards to the quality of wrestling between the 2 on the mat. Someday they'll make the "drape yourself over a guy and grab his ankles to induce a stalemate" a stalling call - and I can't wait.

I believe Sass blew this season as a TD clinic due to Whinneys (Yanni;s) 10th season? His own coach went so woke it looked like a Neapolitan commercial for diversity and is waiting for next yrs normalcy. I had to endure OSU football woke coke gonna hava stroke and then Ryan does thee exact same. Saw a documentary on his interview by some lefty AD female who made him wag his head that pts and winning were not everything??????? Threw all my jerseys and tees away this yr. Also flew extensive and NO ONE is wearing ncaa or NFL crap. Flt after flt.
