I always come to butterfly pose to help ground. But this yoga really helped me ground. Thank you so much beautiful soul I love how the body knows what it needs and to ground the energy. 💜🙏🏼💜

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Do you mean to substitute blocks because you don't have them? Thick books are great option, or a few books stacked one over the other 😊
