I had moved and didn't really have any friends, so I mentioned a best friend I had in a previous school, only we weren't supposed to give a presentation. We just wrote a paper the teacher read, however, that mattered zero percent, because the end result was the same. I was unpopular and multiple students all looked at me and asked who my best friend was, because they were curious if I even had one. Plus, because my aforementioned friend lived far away, no one in the class had ever even heard of him, so it must have made them suspicious as to whether or not I was making this friend up. Anyway, thanks, teacher. That was a really, really brilliant thing to do.

As a student who's learning to teach, and has had experience in the classroom, I can promise that schools would never approve of such a day. Particularly because of the embarrassment and trauma students might have if they don't have friends. Dharr Mann does not know how teachers behave.

Dhar Mann's wiki page says he was "Funding real estate before 21" and went to UC Davis. He already employed 25 plus employees at that time and was about to start selling makeup. When they say "Funding real estate" odds are the dude was a slum lord. I worked in real estate for a few years as a relator and flipping homes to sell and the only people who said things like "Funding" were the slum owners. So this crap he tells this kid about eating alone at lunch and having no friends "while possible" is HIGHLY unlikely given that he came from money and was running other peoples lives before 21.
Watching Adum ranting about the geometry of the class room and characters was quite painful. There wasn't anything wrong there, Adum just wasn't paying attention.
