I just feel like sharing this, my friend has had body image issues for a long time so this quarantine I asked her to do yoga instead of just talking about losing weight and I knowingly asked her to do yoga with adriene. 2 weeks in she told me that she no longer cares about losing weight and instead how yoga is making her body feel, she wants to learn balance and gain strength. Thank you so much adriene, I'm forever grateful.
Omg, i just had the same epiphany today. For years I cared about getting into shape to look good. But today, I accepted having a belly and small chest, and decided to focus on the kinesthetics instead of the aesthetics. Kudos to your friend!

Yoga With Adriene Hi Adriene! This was so amazing, quick, but i feel that burn :). I did it because i injured my knee when i was jumping and it still bit hurts when im doing jumps etc. Maybe it would be amazing to do something for knee pain haha! :).

I love coming back to this one over and over again, sometimes when I don't have time for a longer session, but mostly added on to another session. My abs are getting stronger! Thank you so much. I discovered your channel today, and have watched 2 of your videos. I feel so much better! I'm in 8th grade, and I have really been trying to do a lot more yoga. Both of my parents have back issues, and both of them have been over weight in the past. The weight put too much pressure on their back, bones, etc. and are teaching me to eat healthy and exercise. Yoga is the perfect exercise for me!

Magnesium supplements can help with cramps. I had painful cramps for years until I had surgery for endometriosis. Now it's been years since I've experienced cramps. Maybe see gynecologist to find out the root cause.
I expected this to feel much longer than six minutes, but it actually felt much shorter. Definitely an abs practice to return to. Trust! Trust day 24. 232 days in a row.
Same for me! It was also very efficient because I was about to to take a break but it was over then :) felt really good that I was able to do the whole thing and my abs are burning!
I am not at all motivated in the slightest to work out. I wish I was, but I am just not. Thank you for making this video; it's just short enough where I can actually convince myself to do it. I'm hoping after consistent time of only having to commit to 6 minutes, I'll be in better physical standing to where I will feel motivated enough to do more. My tummy is starting to make me uncomfortable with how I look, but after 6 minutes of this every day I know I'll be shaping it up! You gotta start somewhere! Thank you!
My boyfriend loves to work out and does PT so he can be in perfect shape for the Marines. But even he tells me that yoga is the hardest shit he's ever done lmaooo

Wow. I was thinking "Okay a quick little thing to get my stomach muscles working" but those are so hard to do slowly and after a minute I felt like I was shaking. After the video my abs are burning! Such a great short workout that really got my muscles working more than doing these moves quickly would.
I started targeting my core two months ago with Yoga with Adriene and my stretch marks and diastasis recti are about 40% gone. I had hidden my stomach most of my life, but especially after I noticed how saggy my belly was after my second pregnancy/birth. Over the past 2 years I have tried scrubs, workouts, etc... but saw very little results. But now... I am so excited by my progress. It is a miracle. So many women go through this belly shame and even do surgery to try to correct it. But here I am in my basement, doing Yoga with Adreine daily and it is healing and I am getting strong. I am so crazy inspired and am going to continue until it is 100%. Thank you!

Day 23 Reset, this is one of my favourites which I add to my daily practice once in a while due to its work on abdomen! I don't have much time to do other sports so some sort of quickie power yogas are benefical in addition to some slow mindful daily practices!

I do one all week then find another, they are great for me as I'm starting the yoga with Adriene journey. hoping to work up to the longer workouts in the future. I will be skipping this practice today because my lower back is hurting not sure if I over stretched it in bed last night or what. I was thinking about doing the no fear practice as well, but I don’t want to be in more pain. Thank you Adriene for reminding me to take care of myself, and listen to what I need. Edit: I’ll be doing either your lower back love or yoga for lower back pain.

TRUST - day 24! Loved today's video :) I still struggle not to hurt my neck while doing ab exercises, I don't know how to relax it! I try everything you say, but I still somehow force my neck. Do you have any tips for me next time? As always, thank you Adriene! x
Coming out of the posture and bringing some awareness to it always helps me, just make sure your not pushing yourself too much because it can do more damage than good❤️ also the breath is a really good way to find ease, hope that helps💞

I have been trying to find the exercise that feels and suits me best, and yoga has fulfilled all my needs I feel so less stressed and tense, as I suffer from a LOT of health complications such as weak digestive tract. Yoga has smoothed most of those things out so I praise and appreciate the time you take to give those willing to try lessons on yoga, thanks Adriene, you are awesome!

I sincerely want to apologise to Adriene for missing out so much this month:( school has been hectic and I just started doing workouts yesterday. I plan to get back to yoga today and hopefully I won't be missing anymore classes. I really missed yoga💜
Yes, I lost a day, I thought today was 23rd, hey no! it is the 24th so I basically have done 3 practices today, teach me to be more mindful and stay with the present, Big lesson. Hi Adriene I love your videos they are amazing! I suffer from a mild case of scoliosis. I have always had a hard time with core workouts and feeling off balance( sometimes feels like im working one side harder than the other). Do you have any advice for keeping balance in the back or strengthening the back for a stronger core. : ) :)

HI!! I love your yoga! Its amazing and easy follow. I started yoga after my car accident and it has made such a huge difference! My friends got me a yoga wheel and I would LOVE if you could do some videos on how to use it and some yoga sessions with the yoga wheel. I have a bad view on my body and I’ve taken counseling for it but before I did I was always told I shouldn’t feel bad about my body because “You’re too skinny to be self conscious” or even “You’re sooo skinny so stop complaining” so I didn’t complain and I got worse. To the point where I had a serious case of passing out and I didn’t wake for 2 days. I got counseling and fixed myself but I still feel awful, so I decided to turn my body into something to be proud of. I’m on week 3 and I think I’m doing good. I hope I can be just as good as everyone here.
