Half way already! Something I’ve noticed is the right side of my is more stiff than my left but I can balance better on it, my left side seems to have a better range of movement but balancing on my left foot is difficult.
I have a goal to firm my abs, I am a 64 yo male, I will try to do your ab videos each day. May I suggest grouping all your ab vids under 1 playlist? You are the only yoga class I follow. Sometimes I find the change too quick between positions, because sometimes it feels too good because it has not been stretched before. Thank you for your work and channel. Regards Anthony

So glad you like them - there's actually a feature on RU-vid where you can slow down the speed of the video, which could be nice if you're looking to hold stretches longer! There's a little gear icon in the bottom right of the video, and if you click on it, it gives you the option to adjust the speed.
