Those lower back moves were exactly what I needed! I love that I could close my eyes and feel like I was back in the studio. Your voice is so calming and the little comments like 'great' made me feel like you were actually with me :) Thank you!
Really loved this! I suffer with endo so time of the month for me isn’t nice but these stretches are lovely and soothing on the lower tummy and back! Thank you xx
Thank you so much for this video! I appreciate the modifications you shared and the encouragement to listen to our bodies. I told my pelvic floor physical therapist about your channel and she appreciates your content, too!
💗 Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this session Jennie! So glad you found it useful 🙏 I also have this endo session you might like too: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LEGXmKVR0fM.html Hope you have a great week x x x
lovely and gentle! i had surgery two weeks ago for an ovarian cyst and endometriosis and my surgeon told me i can start doing gentle yoga again and this was perfect!!
Hey Molly :) Oh I'm so glad this practise was suitable for you! I will do some more soon so you can have some different options! Hope you're feeling good today xxx
Hi Molly, I hope you feel better. I hope you don't mind me asking but are there any other tips that your doctor recommended to help with endometriosis apart from yoga? Thanks
Even though this video was uploaded three years ago, I only discovered it now because.... surprise, I got diagnosed with endometriosis a few weeks ago. I want to send you a big big thank you! This is the first thing I dare to do after my operation.
Hey Helga, I'm so, so glad to hear this was helpful to you :) Sending you lots of love! I will create a new one of these soon, so you don't get bored of the same practise with me! Hope you have a lovely weekend xxx
Thank you for this incredibly relaxing and pain-relieving flow! I have severe endometriosis and I felt lighter and less tense. I will definitely add this flow to my routine.
Definitely helped ease my pain, I haven’t been diagnosed with endometriosis but I suspect it may be the cause of my pain in my uterus this was helpful thank you. 🙏🏼
Thank you so much for this video, I've been really painful this week, and haven't been able to excersise, found this gentle yoga and it was perfect. ❤️
Most relaxing yoga I’ve done in a while most videos are wayyy too much for me because of the endo I love the easy going relaxed pace of this. Thank you so much!!!!
Very gentle! I enjoyed it. It was similar to restorative yoga. I’d love to see another one slightly more intense to get deeper into the pain and cramping.
Thank you for practising with me Shelly and the suggestion for a deeper, more intense one... I will get one planned and filmed for next week :) In the mean time you might enjoy this Deep Hip Release I made earlier in the year: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--ca7s2cKxZQ.html Have a wonderful weekend! xxx
I absolutely loved this! Thank you so much. 💜 It really took the pressure off of trying to do fancy moves too. I've stretched out and relaxed a flare up pain i've been dealing with! Thank you 😘 xoxox
This was wonderful! I'm really passionate about yoga but I have endo that makes it difficult to find movement. I did this after a bad flare up and it feels so nice to invite movement into my moments between pain.
Hey Alice! I'm so glad this helped you and I hope your recovery is going well. I will do another one of these soon, but in the mean time you might find the longer practises in this slow and gentle playlist helpful: ru-vid.com/group/PLp-raoJMr1IM9ALhRDFR9HcRimSDkjoH5 xxx
I have pelvic floor over-activity and spasming due to endometriosis as well as a lot of lower back and hip pain, and each of the poses in the video felt so nourishing and gave that ahhhh feeling! Thank you so much for this video, I've done it a few times this week and it is really helpful for relieving tightness and pain =)
Amy I am so glad to hear this :) Thank you for the feedback! I'm actually filming a new one this weekend so hopefully it will give you a bit of a different practise to try. Have a wonderful weekend! xxx
@@WellWithHels I'm so looking forward to following along with the new video when I get a chance! Thanks so much for providing specific videos for us endo sufferers, it really helps to be able to do yoga as part of holistic management plan!
I wish people and doctors in India took my pain seriosuly. I've been suffering endo-like pain since I was 10 and I'm nearly 28 now. Thank you for talking to me in a calm voice, I'm crying now. Is there any way I can talk to you?
Anwesha Kar Hi Anwesha, thank you so much for practising with me 💖 I’m sorry you’re experiencing this awful pain. Is there another doctor you can try? Where about’s in India are you? Maybe I can help you find someone? Sending you lots of love xxxx
@@WellWithHels I live in the eastern city of Kolkata. Thanks for all the love! All the gynos over here have been very dismissive of my desire to live a marriage+child free life, and clinics refuse to do TVS on unmarried women over here. I've only been diagnosed with PCOS and fibroids in the past (treatment for which hasn't worked) but I am pretty sure I have endometriosis too. Only ayurvedic meds and yoga have helped me after doing a lot of self-research but I don't have access to them now after going through surgery for something unrelated. None of the docs here are gender-sensitive either (I am going through dysphoria and I want to stop my periods but it's unthinkable to even mention it to any docs here). I grew up surrounded by a lot of stigma and I was never allowed to talk about this before but now the internet has opened a new world for me so I hope for a better future. Sorry about the long reply.
@Anwesha Kar this is really horrible to know I have pain since 3&½years and not able to know if this is endometriosis Got to know this last week only . What ayurveda u tried ?
Thanks a lot for the training it's so great for the pain and super relaxing !! ❤️ Is it okay/safe to do these exercises everyday ? Or better to have resting days between sessions ?
Hi... I'm suffering from severe pain n excess bleeding too... Bleeding had stopped as I'm taking hormonal tablets but pain is really bad n too much. Can I still do this exercise??
Hi Sajida, I can't advise on this I'm afraid. I would check with your GP first, or scroll through the video and see if you think this would be helpful to you. I hope you feel better really soon xxx
You can 🙏 I hope it helps with pain. Fertility yoga is usually quite gentle, so would be suitable too.... I would recommend taking it really slow at first to see if there are any poses or movements that bring on pain, rather than relieve it ❤️ x
Hey Namra :) This practise would be gentle enough to do whilst trying to conceive... Just skip the one lying on the belly encase you are pregnant, you don't want to squash or press that area too much x x x
Mam,I have thyroid problem. If I want to do any yoga in the morning in empty stomach, so that can I do this after taking thyroid medicine? Will it be any problems?
Hi Vasantha, unfortunately this video will not effect endometrial thickness, but hopefully it will help with any pain or discomfort you might be experiencing xx
Mam,I'm practicing this yoga for adenomyosis. I feel, better now.and can pain less intercourse.beside this I'm tring to conceive naturally. If I continue this yoga, will it be harm for me .pls, reply me!
Glad this video helped with your pain 😊 If practised gently and mindfully, this class will not be harmful.... BUT please note, if you get pregnant, it IS NOT pregnancy safe.... Please check out the Pregnancy Friendly playlist for prenatal classes 🙏
