I can able to understand how much I made my body tight and unflexible in my life and need to make it flexible through yoga healthy approach... Just this month starting I started... Dear Mam,Thanks for the wonderful video.Your explanations are crystal clear in a way that people could feel like they are in a group class along with you.I practised yoga for few years but then I stopped due to few reasons.I wanted to restart yoga but my biggest concern was whether I will maintain the correct posture.I just gave up this thought after watching your videos as you always say do the move first and you can get the perfect posture later.You are a great motivator mam.I started to practise again.Thanks for all your efforts in spreading Yoga&motivating many like me!!

Each evrery yoga day by day practice reduces weight and do ad per madam advice and see the result. I practice by madam advice and i realise my freshness daily and vertigo problem also reduced. Very thankful to god given us a goddess in the name of LAKSHMI. Yogalakshmi from cuddalore.

check ur weight after 45 days and definitely will lose weight and after 45 days you will lose more weight

Hi Mam... I'm a new to Yoga. Would you please create a playlist like Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced so that we can follow those instead of looking for random ones. Hi mam i am always obese, I am stressed due to my obesity. No periods for past 3 months... Whatever I do I can't reduce my weight. I am quite flexible by doing suryanamaskaar weekly once and regular walking for 30 minutes. I have hairfall too. I am totally depressed mam..pls pls guide my regarding this.. 🙏

Madam, Namaste. I was 65 kg but after my menopause I put on weight. Around that time I had hypothyroidism too. My weight increased to 85-88. For about 14 years, my weight was the same. 4 years ago I had diabetes and I am now 62 and my weight is 83 kg. I have lost flexibility and struggle to do my routine work at home. I can't sit down or climb up a chair. Madam, kindly tell me how to sit down and get up easily without hurting myself. What kind of exercise I should practice? Kindly help Madam. 🙏 Will I be able to do yoga with my weight?
