This is an amazing yoga routine that has helped with my anxiety and heart issues, I do it multiple times a day and it always brings me relief. Divya’s voice is calming and lovely, and her explanation of heart health through every move is amazing. My four year old loves doing this with me too, thank you 💜
Excellent crispy video. Just one request ma'am. Being a devotee of yoga which is our traditional culture, kindly use proper terminologies like Balakasan, Adhomukhaswanasan etc instead of child pose, horse pose etc. Thanks and regards
Very nicely executed! Loved it..😀 But only request from all Yog teachers out there..to use the proper terms like 'pranayam' and 'anulom- vilom' without the 'aa' sound at the end.. if we don't say it right, no one will.. Don't mean to be rude, but just a suggestion 🙏
