Hmm... sounds great, but also you need to bear in mind yoga is not about perfection... you do what your body allows you to do and feel benefits of it.

your youtube yoga classes are simply the best. honestly, I am doing yoga with many online tutorials since over three years now and since I found your account I am the biggest fan. the relaxed and calm voice, the music in the background, the flow itself and the location make me lose track on reality and help me clear my mind while doing yoga

I was just about to type the same thing, high plank was literally a resting pose. It was a beautiful flow! Building up that heat in the leg muscles while releasing tension at the same time

I stumbled across your youtube channel when looking for some vegan food inspiration and it has changed my life. It only took one video for me to become addicted to the feeling yoga gives you. At the time of watching my first video from your channel my anxiety was at an all time high and everyday felt like a struggle to hide what I was really feeling inside. Since beginning yoga I feel like I can control my anxiety through the practise and feel like the old me after a session of yoga. Thank you Julianna and Mark for changing my life.

this sequence was challenging but Amazing. you're a great teacher! I've attempted looking at other youtube yogi's but their ways don't satisfy me the way your practices are led. i'll definitely be purchasing your 10 day program asap! keep it up, big Love!

I have been a subscriber to your channel for almost 2yrs.and have watched and practiced almost all of your yoga, pilates & cardio fitness classes and I must say that it helped me improve my body and mind. All of your videos are amazing, but there are just something with the videos that you have shot in Indonesia and Thailand that has a different appeal to me; the view of the place feels so near to me just like I am on our backyard (maybe because I am from the Philippines and those places are just like here), second is that the after feel is different, it's just so peaceful and refreshing. I am beyond grateful that I have found your channel. I hope you could visit my country one of these days. Namaste.

I find myself getting really frustrated with the balancing poses. My right side is so much Stronger and more flexible than my left it's ridiculous! I guess frustration is all part of the yoga journey though and it's just my body letting me know what I need to work on! Namaste Juliana 💚

From my experience I have found that changing the way we think / feel makes a huge difference in are practice. I would replace frustrating with wow this is Challenging and notice your accomplishments as you dedicate time each day to your practice and challenge.What fun would life be without some challenges along the way? much love and peace namaste

babygibbon 87 Me too. As a student I appreciate teachers who not only suggest modifications, but demonstrate. While I super enjoy Boho Beautiful approach, a smidge more queuing might help. I find her breath work is too fast while adjusting into the poses.

Incase it’s hard I recommend taking a beginners yoga flow class to get the flexibility going first and it may make this easier

Julianna when you said Send Oxygen to every part of the muscle and breathe, I was able to feel it. And only recently I realized about oxygen toxicity and when lots of oxygen is sent our body sends lots of antioxidants too in the blood. This sending of antioxidants to every part of the muscle along with the blood is what gives the benefits. So who ever is watching remember to send antioxidants to every part of the muscle as you breathe deeply ❤❤❤

I'm new to yoga, and this was amazing, yet SO painful because I bike so much and never stretch...my ham strings bulge out the back and are so tight and stiff...I can see this helping me a lot...I can't get over how painful it was and I am SWEATING lol.. I feel like I just did a HIT exercise or something? It was just enough pain to make me want to keep going, but to know it's also working...I feel so much better now that I've cooled down lol Thank you! I plan on doing this every morning until I see results!

I looove this workout! Through the balancing exercises you train so different muscle groups than in normal yoga/pilates workouts, for example the muscles in around the ancles and the feet.

I can feel it in my calf muscles! I love it. Does anybody else feel that in the side we do the second time, the poses are being held for lesser time period compared to first? Or is it just me?

I am a big fan of your work :). Try to do your yoga workouts a few times a week. Since I am not that flexible I do find some of your workouts challenging but usually I can breathe and work through it. I found this one really challenging to where I couldn't do some of the poses. Would you recommend continuing to do this workout again till it get's easier or try doing an easier leg yoga workout and work up to this? thanks for your insight.

Julianna which sequence of your classes can you suggest to develop standing splits? I have balance on left leg, but if I switch to right one, I can't even push my left one up at all. And thanks for all your videos, it is my practice💛
