How do you feel after trying this yoga for side body sequence? Did you have fun moving in a different way? It's a great one to combine with my IT Band Pain sequence (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WbDS4XE5SKs.html) or Scoliosis sequence (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XJwDguNYAdY.html), depending on whether you're tighter in the upper or lower side body. Awesome! I started experiencing annoying side pain after traveling for the last few days. I was having trouble figuring out the right poses to really stretch that bothersome side muscle. This video was very helpful!! Thank you!

Oh my gosh! How did you know I was so stiff on the sides?!? I am going to do this on again in a few hours and see if I can do better. The right side back is the side I am having pain in, especially at the end of the day. Thank you

On another note, is there a shoe You could recommend while doing yoga? Going into lounges Are hard on the big arthritis toe.

Hi Joelle, really liked this one - was wondering if you have or would be able to make a similar Yin Yoga for side body pain (including through the IT band and the upper arms). Just feel like some longer holds on some of these might really help... or maybe I'm just too tight 😅

I hurt my ribs this morning with a yoga wheel and did this sequence in hope to help with the pain. Can you recommend other practices for rib injuries, since I get them frequently?

This is a great practice to come back to! You can also feel free to hold the stretches a little longer on one side if that feels nice.
