I just got more pain relief from this than from anything else I've tried: heat, PT... instant relief. So thankful for this and going to continue it often

I have this bookmarked, it helped so much. I'm a research scientist, so I spend a lot of my day hunched over lab benches, and the tension in my neck/back gets so bad sometimes that I can feel it all the way in my fingers. Doing this ONCE already made a noticeable difference, so I've started doing it regularly. Thank you!!

I have not needed this upper back video for some time but today I woke up with a sore upper back. Picking weeds ? It is surprising what this video accomplishes in 10 minutes. I will stick with this for a couple of days. As always, Namasta Joelle

Really liked this one. I had some spasms in my upper back, so needed to try and loosen it (my physio said with the improvements in my back and hips (have double scoliosis and twisted pelvis) due to yoga, I'm starting to find the maladaptation my body has made over ~30 years. One of them is around my shoulder/upper back.). Because of shoulder issues and arthritis, I do have problems with keeping the back of my hand on the floor, especially the right hand. Can't do cactus arms at all. This video is going in my couple of times a week list.

I'm so glad you like them Meg! You might like to try this 5 min desk yoga practice, which has a few good stretches in there (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-o7Ob4TDI2WE.html). Or another one is this yoga for hunchback practice, where you could also do quite a few of the moves seated on a chair if you prefer (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-b88wvWVuLo4.html) I hope you enjoy!

I’m just sixteen so it’s difficult for me to have this much pain and it worries me for the future but your videos have really been helping. (Don’t worry I have been to doctors they recommended yoga and stuff for my Chronic pain.)
