Although I live with depression, I wasn't feeling depressed today, but was interested in this video. The heart openers are excellent! At one point I realized I was actually smiling without even knowing it! I will definitely add this practice to my toolbox and come back to when it needed. Thank you Jen!
I really appreciated this video. I have been diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. I also suffer with Fibromyalgia, this video was my first time ever, and I just completed it! My body feels great! I am thankful that I found these. I have made some major changes in my life and can see these videos becoming a part of those changes and set into my routine more and more. I would love to stay in touch, I just recenty moved from Round Rock, TX to Maine and HATE IT!

I did this Flow immediately after Day 3 Chakra Series (Heart) and it was the PERFECT addition so I had a longer morning session. Switching hand-clasp was an interesting experience!!!! Doing these dual is something I plan to repeat.

I suffer from bad headaches and anxiety for yearsIs it safe to do the shoulder stretches everyday even if my shoulder s are extremely tight. It hurts to do but like you said I just take it easy and do my best.

This one would be an ideal practice for later in the day ***constructive criticism alert*** not a good idea 2 do this when you first wake! 😁 I fancied a change from the yoga sessions of yours (from Psyche Truth) I saved & have been doing every day for years to get my body going for the day. The transition from Cobra pose straight into cat/cow pose was a little to much 4 my spine. So I paused the video & returned to it after I'd done a minute or two of child's pose. Like I said this would be great when my spines warmed up, will try & do it again later today. Loved the relax, especially when you said "imagine you were a little square of butter, just melting into a pan" ☺️ hope this is good feedback, I really enjoy your yoga practice Jen xxx

jen m just 25 year old.there are lot's of pain in my body from 3-4 years can u suggest me something. I consults so many doctors. BT I did not get any kind of result.
+Yoga TX Thank you! so much I have lots of problems with migrains & so do other people & there is no way to heal them i felt yoga might be a great way to help or at least get us to take control When a migrain rolls in. You often get confused of what is happening and feel no control......... yoga! if it can rest you from your Aniexty & stress why not Migrains? : ) p.s you guys are awesome! love you!
