I keep coming back to this video as it’s so helpful and easy to fit into a busy schedule. Thank you so much for this routine, it helps so much with wrist and shoulder pain.
thank you so much! Last year I started working full-time in the office (I previously worked as an analyst with remote arrangements, and then as a teacher), and it has been really hard on my upper body especially. Your videos help me release tension like nothing else.
Thank you! Have you tried this practice: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4vTJHUDB5ak.html or alternatively you could try this one too: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NOD2qIO3nKE.html I hope that helps :)
Watching your videos every day now. Thanks for helping me build consistency :) I was surprised how activated/softly warm my wrists and forearms felt after this
Thank you . I love your yoga. Its short and your voice is so calming. I have been enjoying your other videos too. I like your neck and shoulder, and upper back video. It has been loosening my neck up, it feels better.
I've been looking for something for the wrists for a long time and finally found this. I am in a lot of pain so it will take me a while before I can take any weight on my wrists or turn them over like you show ... but I hope to get there with regular practice. Thank you!
I have been doing Melanie yoga for a month and the neck, back and shoulders is amazing.i started because getting more frequent tension, migraines.not mastered breathing just yet but I just want to do and learn more.mel you make yoga so rewarding thank you
Another good short sequence, especially focused on the wrists - for neck / shoulder I find a couple of other videos hit the mark more - thank you also for this!
Thank you, Paula, for this practice for wrist, fingers & hand pain. So much needed! Do you have anything for pain at the base of the thumb, that fleshy area?
Pleasure! I don't have anything specifically for that but you could try some of the other upper body practices, particularly this one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iADujuENL4g.html Hope that helps x
Great routine - I am on crutches and looking for light flows I can do without bearing weight on my left foot, but giving me maximum shoulder relief... and this one is sooooo good! I also appreciate the no BS no fuzz set-up a lot! Am able to relax... (and shared it a ton of times :-) )
I've been doing yoga on youtube for at aleast 4 years and I've never seen anybody has varity and effectivness like theses it seems they repeat the same thing every day without much varaity i dont say repeating is bad but we have lots of muscles and each of them must be relieved by diferrent movement
I've really been enjoying your videos, Paula! In this one, you spoke of the "floating ribs"--can you explain that a bit more? I find it hard to regulate my ribs and I'm not 100% sure I know what you're describing.
Good point! I forget to explain that sometimes - I really mean your lower ribs (called floating as they only attach to the sternum and not the spine itself). I hope that helps and thanks for watching the channel x
