In this 15-minute at-home yoga session, we will use poses to ground and find stability while using pranayama to move stagnant energy. This therapeutic standing yoga practice will bring a healthy flow of energy to the body to aid the mind and heart so that you can find forward movement. This is a hands-free practice that can be done without a yoga mat too! Use this 15 min practice to get out of a low situation, flush low energy, and gently stimulate your core. Come as you are, welcome balance back in.

My room's at the front of the house, and the sky was just too pretty to close the blinds tonight when I started this video. Apparently everyone decided this was the time to go for a lock down walk so a LOT of people have now seen me standing on my own flinging my arms and laughing to myself.

How can a 15 minutes practice make you feel so different from what you were feeling? This is truly magical. I was feeling so tired and sluggish and after the practice I feel rejuvenated and as if all the stagnant energy has left my body. Also I’m always surprised by how in sync these practices are to how I’m feeling. Once again THANK YOU Adriene 🙏 Bridge day 26

Hello Breath to Bridge fam and YWA community. Two more days on the Bridge. This one was super yummy. I cannot believe I had never done this one. And yes, I went all out. First time I did it just now, and it was awesome. Even better and more lighthearted with Adriene making silly comments. Loved it and going to do this video every day, even when everything feels too hard.

This standing practice was very energising. I think we reached parts not used in a while as I can feel it here and there when I got off my mat 🤔 my balancing in eagle pose needs some improvement but I did my best focus. I’ll be prepared for 40 minutes tomorrow, hope this senior yogi sees it through 😂🤞 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

Christine, I love my Yoga With Adriene. I only discovered her in April ‘16, far too late in life and have practiced every day since to keep fit and sane 😉. Now 74, I’m still loving it, sometimes adjusting to suit my abilities. You won’t regret it, Adriene is amazing ... see you on the mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏😊

Sometimes I think God has His way of playing with us. Today, by recommending my, 'Yoga for being stuck', I knew what God was doing. I've had a tough day yesterday, emotionally, due to a lot of change in my life. I've acknowledged that I'm reacting this way due to change, and performing Adriene's practice today has made me feel a little better. And I'm glad. Any progress is good progress. Much love everyone. SO STUCK, Adriene! The world seems to have entered some kind of new twilight zone. This helped me unfreeze my body so I could think about what is in my control, and yoga and meditation and breathing are all in my control. So are good conversations with friends, reading a book, a cup of tea, and making soup. Peace, everyone, in every breath. ❤️

I "like" every video I practice and it is a rare day when there is one (on the calendar) I haven't done. I've been doing yoga with Adriene consistently since Breath. Now when my dog hears Adriene's voice he trots over and lays beside my mat. If I do any floorwork he rests his head on me for pets. I think he likes yoga (almost) as much as I do!

I'm not a doctor or therapist, but sometimes writing/typing it all out...anything and everything that comes to mind...and then reading back through it can help. I think some people call it a brain dump. Then, if you need to you can print it out and crumple if up and throw it away or burn it. Kind of symbolic that your emptying your mind and getting rid of whatever isn't helping you and keeping what you need. Just remember that you matter and you're awesome ❤️

wow...the perfect practice for where im at today. letting go can be hard, moving on can be heart wrenching especially when you don't think you're all that ready to lose something/ but are you ever really losing something? anyway, stagnancy is comfortable, it's safe. and i'm a daredevil, a warrior, a fighter, a change maker. thank you for this practice, its a new favourite! :-)

Apr 7, 2022 04:59 Intention : 🎵🎶 let it FLOW let it FLOW 🎶🎵 Can't hold it back anymore 🎤🎧 This is the craziest knocking on heaven's door sequence I've ever done since I joined this community, and I feel awesome😄 When I get stuck I usually sing or dance but I have to wait until I am alone so I will not disturb or annoy people around, now I can unstuck by just going in a room and do the knocking on heaven's door for two to three minutes, flapping my arms side to side until I feel the energy flow again. It is the best free theraphy we can do to get back on track to our day the secret is just to give it your all, no inhibitions just an intention of willingness to feel better and joy definitely follows. I was just finishing up the deep stretch video as this finished posting, and I was like "hey why not? I'm already on the mat, what's 15 more minutes?" Adriene, I feel like I actually need to share how this quick little practice affected me. I've been following your videos for over two years now, and that last 15 minutes tonight was possibly the first time I felt everything sync up. I have c-ptsd and to have a moment where I knew my mind and body were connected made me smile so big during the practice. I wasn't disassociated, I was just... There. I was present. The way you spoke was more engaging than usual, if that is even possible. I feel like I've had a personal win tonight with this and I cannot thank you enough. These moments don't happen terribly often, so I love having one I can come back to.

looking forward to today’s practice since i have been feeling stuck these days!! i think my expectations of this month’s theme of sticking to the process somehow ended up making the opposite happen. 🥲 If you’re feeling like you want to do so much but end up doing nothing, you’re not alone! Feeling overwhelmed comes with being stuck in a place and anxiously wanting to get to the end of the process, these two forces pull away from each other and you just feel STUCK in the middle! Instead of unconsciously wanting to get to the end, im gonna focus my energy on super slow-mo tiny baby steps and celebrate those daily victories ive been forgetting about. Jumping back in to Process after a five day absence. Was hoping for 365 days this year, but a short hospital stay interrupted. Nonetheless striving toward that goal has had so many benefits. Process Day 14: I'm so happy to come back to this one after having done this four months ago for Bridge. Today is a dark, dreary day, and this practice was uplifting and brought me positive energy.

It's been a struggle keeping up with a daily practice. I have a lot on my plate and this morning I decided that I deserve to feel good! Day 26 of Bridge is exactly what I needed : )

This practice for Day 14 was great for loosening up mind and body, so I added one of my favourite quickies, 5 - Min Morning Yoga. It’s just perfect for checking in with my yoga self 🙏💞💖 see you tomorrow on the mat for a little Detox, that can only be good 🤔😃👍 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕

Dearest Adrienne and YWA team, I cannot express how apt how much I am grateful thankful and appreciate for. The choices of practices to how timely all is planned for. Loving this practice as I set myself - body & mind for my big presentation. Rather hectic week / month both physically and mentally. So many thanks with Grace n Gratitude. Although I've never met you in person you've become a close friend. How many times have I felt down and you were there for me lifting me up with a renewing yoga practice and warm words. I actually got excited for "Knocking on Heaven's door" today! that was an awesome short sequence. I can't believe I almost skipped today!! Thank you Adriene and everyone on this new REFRESH 2022 journey in April! Every practice session has been exactly what I needed that Day!

April 2022's Refresh Calendar has gotten me back into the swing of things. I turned 65 in March and although I'm active, had slacked off on my yoga and began to feel "old lady" stiffness. Well that wasn't going to be my new norm! Thank you Adrienne! After just 4 days, and yes I doubled up on some of the routines, my body is free of all those new locked-up sensations! Best birthday present ever!! 🌻

Not the first time I’ve done this video. This time though, I feel so refreshed and full of good energy! Love how each time feels completely different, accompanied by new sensations, thoughts and feelings.

Bridge Day 26: I'm so glad I tried this practice today, thanks to the Bridge calendar. It's one that I can come back to in the future, when I'm feeling sluggish and stuck.

I already love Knocking on Heaven's Door - that freeform took it to another level! Only downside was that I fell out of sync with my breath and that took me out of it for a moment. I thought I had done this practice before, but it turned out to be new to me. Another gem added to my favorites from "Process"!

Day 14 Process, this practice balanes Qi in our body and helps it to be in accordance with surrounding Qi! It really boosted my energy level! I used to go to a class which was a mix of yoga and qui gong! This session was similar to that. Namaste❤

Amazing! I felt so stuck yesterday that I had no idea what the hell to do. And this practice was a rescue for me. I did it once when this came and completely forgot about it. It has been wonderful for me. Thank you so much ♥ ️🧘🏽‍♀️
