40 Minute Yoga Nidra Full Body Scan Guided Meditation
Welcome to your yoga nidra practice today. Join Kristyn Rose in this 40 minute guided meditative practice with gentle music to gain insight into the multidimensional Self. This particular practice will have a specialized focus on the body scan by taking you on a journey through the physical body, known as Anamaya Kosha or the first layer or sheath of the Self, to initiate deep rest and relaxation throughout. With gentle guidance you will create the ideal environment to release unwanted or deeply rooted tensions or trapped energy, to welcome deep rest and healing into the physical body. Rest deeply and allow this nourishing energy to transcend into all of the layers of the Self. You might think of this practice like a deep therapeutic massage for the whole body and central nervous system.
Yoga nidra is also known as 'yogic sleep' or 'conscious sleep' and is a guided meditative practice that is completely effortless. As the body drifts into deep regenerative sleep, the mind stays awake and aware. Emerge feeling rested, grounded, and at ease throughout the whole body. Simply take some time to find a comfortable place where you can rest deeply. Adjust the volume of your headphones. Relax into stillness and be guided into a deep light altered state of consciousness or wakeful sleep.

❤ Ty I have just found you and the results are too wonder filled and healing to describe! A miracle. I have no previous knowledge of yoga anything. I love the statement about deep rest repeated 3 times. I cannot remember it as too long. Can you pls send it in the comments so I can learn it. Ty I am happy repeating one or two of your sessions. I am back today....description is beyond the spoken word... the splendiferous all encompassing harmony. my statement is "I surrender to deep rest to experience continuous harmony in deep quietitude in my life and in my heart". I know for certainty now.. harmony and deep quietitude. Joy. Kristen Rose I am eager to be apart of this. I live in Alberta and my family lives on the Island. i am eager to get involved and to meet you... fabulous lady and am going to go and get signed up online shortly. After a few weeks (?), I have moved from acute chronic fatigue from cancer to a new level of being vibrantly alive. Last week I had radiation for bone metastases. I had a bone scan. I hesitated and decided not to take Tylenol for the inevitable pain and discomfort in lying still for 40 to 60 minutes on a narrow unyielding table. I was belted in to stay still and covered with a blanket. I could feel and remember tender tucking into the yoga nidra tent by Kristen. I opened my eyes...the machine was 2 inches above my face. Alarm quickly turned to calm as I closed my eyes and started breathing. I listened in my head and went on to awareness. Amazing experience of a "place" where time does not exist... cannot describe it. Then I was being told that the test was ending! So I followed with mental stretches then physical as belts removed. I got off the table nimbly.... no pain , dizziness nor even stiffness after lying perfectly still for over 40 minutes! At age 70+ this was a miracle. Forever grateful... Mary

Hello Kristyn, I've been doing Yoga Nidra since 2021. I've done or tried many of your videos. I seem to always come back to your Vagus Nerve Reset in the morning and your Body Scan in the evening. My story as brief as I can say, I'm 60 years old, energy of an 85 years old. I've had multiple concussions ~6 in my lifetime, last one being in 2020. I can't seem to recover from it. I've been told to meditate 45 minutes in the morning and night. I've been told to do breathing exercises, vagus nerve stimulation, mindfulness and to balance my ANS autonomic nervous system. A few silly questions. 1. Does Yoga Nidra cover everything that I just mentioned. 2. Any of your videos that you recommend? 3. Can you please advise me if you create a new video that would be good for me. 4. FYI... I have occipital neuralgia and cannot turn my head side to side for breathing when lying down. Thank you, so voice is very calming. I've tried other's but keep coming back to you. 🫶🙏
