50 Minute Voice Only Yoga Nidra for Emotional Resiliency (No Music)
Relax into this Yoga Nidra guided meditative practice with Kristyn Rose to explore the practice of sensing opposites or Pratipaksha Bhavana to help develop a deep sense of emotional resiliency and equanimity. Using systematic relaxation techniques, rest back into a state of relaxed meditative awareness or wakeful sleep and plant the seed of positive intention or Sankalpa to instill peace, balance and presence into your life. Find balance within as you rest back into a state of pure witnessing presence to disidentify from the body and mind and become the eye of any storm - a lesson you can take off of your mat and out and into your life.
And remember that consistency compounds; the more you practice, the more you will start to experience and witness the therapeutic benefits of Yoga Nidra in your daily waking life.

Kristyn, superbly done. Thank you. I am a breast cancer surgeon in New Braunfels, TX, USA. I am working my way out of years of ignoring my emotions and my body. Learning to feel is truly life changing. Your exercises are an important piece of my practice. I would love a 13 minute Metta meditation with which to start our day. The science demonstrates that 13 minutes of meditation daily is protective against depression. Much better than pills. Thank you and what a pleasure to be a part of your community.

It’s better to do your meditation practice separate from yoga Nidra practice! While it is meditative, the disciplines involved are different & benefits are therefore different!

I really loved playing with sensing the opposites, especially within and outside the physical boundary of the body. Recalling the syncopated felt like I was speaking directly to the subconscious mind, as if it was open and accessible. Lovely practice. Thank you and greetings from Austin Texas.

Thank you Kristin, this was the best yoga nidra I’ve practiced. I have trouble sleeping since decades, and it is getting worse over the years. But yoga nidra is helping me a lot. I discovered your channel by chance some months ago. It really helped me find my sleep and , if not, find relaxation through many sleepless and anxious nights. This one is so special though, finding the opposites is magical. I like the Sancopa ( not sure about the spelling😊). I am from Egypt and would like something about weight loss and body healing/perception. I need to find balance so that I do not binge eat to fill an emotional and probably a childhood gap of insecurity and emotional gap. Forever grateful. Your voice is exceptionally soothing and trustworthy.

Namaste! I was getting back into the routine as I was exhausted and wanted my own practice aside from guidance through transmission. Kristyn, your voice is lovely and soothing as always, but I fell partially unconscious after the physiological sighs. I feel rested, but I will check out the other nidras you released when I am more awake.

Beautiful and restful experience, I went deep. Thank you ❤ i was really able to feel my body deeper than before, letting go of tensions and softening up. Like a deep tissue massage, feeling very calm and relaxed beginning my day. Am on module 3 in YTT and just enjoying doing YN every day and sometimes many times a day 🙏🏽 what a blessing for a tired, trauma experienced body to get this healing. Namaste.

This was beautiful 🥰 lt feels like it calms down so many things at once. I was feeling stressed and have been dealing with long Covid and had a bad night's sleep with an upset tummy. Right now l feel so calm and like it's quietened everything down and l feel more rested and better able to face the day. Thank you from the UK, this calmed me in a healing way i was sad and disturbed because a pheasant bird ran out in front of my car i unavoidably hit it . Fortunately it was an instant death .But i felt so sad and sorry. Om mani padme hung . For a good rebirth beautiful creature.
