I've been struggling with insomnia the last couple of weeks. I use these videos to supplement missed sleep. This video I went into such a deep relaxation that the next of your videos autoplayed without me realizing... a glorious accidental full hour of deep rest!

Well Ally I've done this one every morning since it came up on my phone. I practice a yoga Nidra every morning before I get up. This one is my favourite it is soooo good I love the relaxing back ground music and breathing in relaxation and out calm, just so good thank you once again, much love and peace to you and everyone who reads this.
I closed my eyes and before I knew it, it was over 😅 I have been feeling called to practice first thing when I wake up to set the tone for my day. Namaste, Ally 🙏🏼
I really needed this meditation today, my husband and I had to take our dog to be put to sleep yesterday. I didn't sleep much. Chose this one as I have done it many times and find the breathing in of peace n relaxation and out of stress and tension really helps. Thanks Ally for all your wonderful Nindra's.

Thanks Ally! Always a wonderful boost to my day. I find that when I do this practice daily, I tend to fall off for a bit to my detriment. Ally, your description of this yoga nidra claimed that it, along with the "gentle binaural beats and soft piano, would soothe the nervous system and create brainwave entrainment for deep relaxation". You are on point! In addition, your soothing voice and descriptive languaging were exceptional. That was a very restful and relaxing way to spend 30 minutes.
Thank you so much Ally, your videos have been so helpful for releasing emotional and physical stress I hold in my body. I do them every night now. Would you consider a yoga nidra focused on relaxation of the pelvic floor for people who suffer from pelvic floor tension or maybe one for general pelvic floor healing?
Thank you so much Ally, certainly one of the best meditations out there. I find it very difficult to relax during my 3rd year of severe depression and anxiety along with menopause. This beautiful practice allows me to connect with my universal self. Even if it's only for a few minutes, it's such a relief from the pain and fear. Thank you.
