This is a short meditation to help you get through anger or frustration using the integrative restoration (iRest) method for healing.
iRest, or Yoga Nidra, provides the tools for maintaining a sense of wellbeing and peacefulness, allowing the fluctuations of the mind to slow and return to a state of homeostasis allowing you to drift into a conscious, deep sleep state simply through the guidance of a systematic sequence of soothing and relaxing techniques that increase your awareness and deepens your relaxation.
Throughout the practice, you’re providing extra comfort and relaxation throughout the physical body allowing your brainwaves to regulate into a resting, calm, peaceful state that has been shown to help with insomnia, stress, grief, depression, anxiety, and symptoms from PTSD.
Yoga Nidra allows you to tap into your very own awareness and experience and there is no wrong way to practice. No prior experience is necessary.
