35 Minte Yoga Nidra to Soothe Anxiety and Relieve Stress
Relax back into this soothing 35 minute yoga nidra guided meditation with Kristyn Rose to ease the symptoms of anxiety and relieve stress. This practice is uniquely designed to bring you into a deep state of peaceful relaxation where you can rest, deeply, letting go of tension and any effort from the body and mind.
Relax into the knowing that there is nothing that you need to do. Yoga nidra or the yogic sleep is an effortless guided meditative technique that utilizes techniques to bring through the states of consciousness we experience in natural sleep, only here we can access these deep sleep states and associated states of relaxation and regeneration in just a couple of minutes. By activating the parasympathetic division of the nervous system, rest and digest, yoga nidra allows the practitioner to release tension from the body, thoughts from the mind, and rest back into a place of pure spacious awareness. Yoga nidra has also been shown to regenerate the hippocampus - the part of the brain responsible for memory and mood. Rest deeply and emerge feeling calm, peaceful, at ease, and with a deep sense of wellbeing.

Find a comfortable place to rest on the back of the body, either on your yoga mat, the couch or even in your bed. Close down the eyes and rest back into the experience of just listening.

I took on a big walk today which is one of the things that still make me the most nervous as I am just learning to trust my body again after over 2 years of recovery. I came home and did this yoga nidra. I fell asleep... thank you for these relaxing practices which allow my body and mind to instantly relax.💗

Thank you so much for another beautiful practice with your lovely and soothing voice to guide us 💖 I struggle with letting go and acceptance, something inside me resists and I have no idea what or why. Due to post-covid, cfs and fibromyalgy I can not do much and many days nothing at all. It is very hard to find peace, acceptance and patience with that. Your and Ally's practices are so comforting and I am so very grateful 🙏 💖

Yayyyy So so Happy to see this upload! I just arrived home after 24 hours of flights, taxis, buses.. lots of stress, rush, from no food for hours to too nuch food in very short time.. Me and my husband returned from our honeymoon to our beautiful baby , our cat.. alot of emotions mixed with fatigue mixed with the unspoken fear of getting back to routine, or should I say, building a new routine. A new session from you is EXACTLY what I need. Thank you so much for your contribution to this community. Your videos have been supporting me for the last few months and throughout the entire honeymoon which included alot of hactic days, extreme sports, Adventures, very long bus/train rides, new beds in new places - sometimes not so comfortable to say the least... I can honestly say that 1. you helped me fall asleep without medication, even on the other side of the world. 2. Days in which I had a NSDR with your video were days I sonehow started all over again at 17-18-19 - like a new Day after a full day. somehow your sessions helped me to regain the resources necessary to continue travelling, hiking, whatever it was.. you literally helped me to fullfil the potential of my honeymoon to its healthy fullest. Thats awesome, right?❤❤❤

I think could be relevant to many people. also, in my culture (Jewish/Israeli) it is now the end of the Jewish calendar and we're in a month of reflection on forgiveness - what should we say sorry for and what should we prey to be forgiven for? this comes before Rosh Hashanah which is the Jewish New year's followed by Yom Kippur which is kind of a redemption day. so maybe Yoga Nidra to support reflection processes and/or cleansing processes preparing ourselves to fresh starts.. something like that 🩷🩷🩷🩷🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 thanks so much for reminding me that I myself, just like you, am an inspiration ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️😘❣️😘❣️ I Love you, sister of the heart💜

It's interesting to compare sleep with and without using a smartwatch I go deeper faster and stay there longer although my watch tends to think I am in deep sleep as I practice

Absolutely love this, I'm not working today so have done it twice, once when I woke up which I do one of your Nindra's every morning, then took my lovely dog out for a walk along the sea front, got back and lay on my bed to do this one again, I love everything but especially the visuals I do enjoy them. I have been having severe anxiety disorder and insomnia for the past several months and have been using these sessions from you and Ally to help me recover. I am about to start cognitive behavior therapy in an intensive outpatient program, too. But I do a half hour to an hour of yoga nidra daily, along with Hatha yoga , tai chi , trail running and sitting meditation. I am a 74 year old combat veteran

I love your yoga Nidra a and so appreciated the awareness you had to create one for chronic fatigue syndrome. As a suggestion: I wonder if you could create a yoga Nidra for those of us who have had to accept the limitations of our bodies’ ability to function, be active, be social, etc. Chronic fatigue syndrome really changes your life and for some of us we have gone from being active, working, traveling, etc. to a life that is very quiet. There. Are many levels of CFS. but many of us are now housebound or bedbound. When I am in a flare it’s very difficult to accept this body and still love it, feel compassion for what it is going through, etc. I use your recordings to get me through some tough times. I’ve heard from Others that they also can get dark during flares, a reminder that it will get better ( even if it’s just a little better and that our bodies are not the enemy might be helpful for a lot of people. Thank you for all your recordings. They truly make a difference in my life. 🙏

Hallo, from Stockholm Sweden. I'm so grateful. Lots of thanks ❤ I'm trying to do once a day. I'm glad if I do but if I don't just that. I have tried a lot of stuff to able to sleep, fall a sleep and stay at sleep. Yoga Nidra helps a lot. I can't do it when I go to bed, but sometime during the day. My wish is about depression and when you lack motivation, not feeling, no lust. You don't see yourself through best way, please ❤
