Great stretch after a gentle run, getting back to it. My roller is bumpy, but it's always been painful! I think it's a good pain though. Thank you, as ever, for your wonderful content, easy to follow guidance and gentle encouragement!

Great video. I particularly like the rolling sequence which I have only recently discovered - cheaper than a massage too and you can tailor it to your own priority areas. More please.
