Dear Maris, I am writing to you today to say a Four days ago, I think I overdid something at the gym, which threw my lower back out. It wasnt an excruciating pain, but it was sore and stiff, and my mobility was a bit affected. I decided to fix this myself, along with Yoga Upload, instead of going to a doctor/specialist. I did the practice in this video twice a day since then, initially very slowly and gingerly! But later quite boldly. And today, 4 days later, my back is as good as new! Thank you very much for fixing this. More importantly, thank you for giving me the confidence that I understand my body, and can take care of it. Ok, that was pretty much PERFECT for MY body. Yoga is a very personal experience because we all feel pain and sensation in different parts of our body. For me, this video was absolutely perfect. 47 year old man in a small rural California town, doing yoga on an old indoor racquetball court. Thanks so much for this video. I love up to 30 minute yoga practice as I combine my practice with qigong. I also like to target specific body areas with yin and bolster. Keep up the therapy it’s a wonderful resource and so crucial for mind and body wellness ❤️❤️❤️
