I have a problem that I can't sit in squating position due to my body posture whenever I sit in this position my heels never touch the ground , so plz suggest me how can I do this yoga
Incorrect name. Mala means waste Maala means garland Mala-aasna - drink 250-500 ml of warm water and do this pose in the morning. It helps in bowel movement / waste evacuation effectively.
I can't sit down in malasana with complete feet on the ground. My body weight remains on my toes otherwise my body topple to the back. Any suggestions?

Do it dawn time in empty stomach. Take one glass of barley water each and every meal. Avoid spicy foods. Have a banana in the morning after doing yoga. Put some oil in the external area to prevent piles and anal fissure.
Nowadays, no one mentions the most important other aspect of yoga asanas. So whatever u see here is an exercise. Breathing rules and awareness of body parts is nowdays never explained. Refer good book, and not just RU-vid if you want to really learn what yoga is.
