It’s not unusual for bodybuilders and athletes to use people with impossible physiques as goals. Arnold Schwarzenegger during his “Pumping Iron” phase and Enter the Dragon Bruce Lee are still seen as these goals. Being a Joestar or Goku also works as well.

There's some sad truth to this. After you start working out and improving your appearance, you love other people less. It's like you have to choose between insecurity and cold apathy.

This is kind of true, once you start working out you may look down on other people but I think that only happens in extreme cases.

Its all.about balance.. it's better to lean into working out and loving yourself a bit more.. than loving others.. but you never want to touch an extreme.
