My favorite local homeless shelter here in Saint Augustine Florida is Saint Francis House and I donate to them every month. If you would like to donate to a wonderful and compassionate organization that truly helps the homeless please click on the following link and donate to Saint Francis House. PLEASE TELL THEM THAT JEFF GRAY SENT YOU! God Bless. secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/6oxi3nTmzb-dW3aseAQibQ
Now, if you FOIA request to see if she had her bodycam on when talking to "they" inside the building, if she did have her bodycam on inside, find out if she solicited a tresspass from "they" inside the building. If she did, she should be fired and charged immediately. There`s approx 0% chance she didn`t ask them if they wanted you trespassed.
@@TomL3grandsonssomeone was always figuring out a new scheme to separate soldiers from their pay. Pay here now and you have a car. The interest and payment schedule was so messed up with all the stipulations you would never be able own the car. I saw some cars change hands so many times that it was mind boggling. All they wanted was our pay. It has not changed one bit, even today.
She still didn’t get what your rights are. If the people inside want you to leave, you have to leave. Wrong. Public property is public property for everyone.
Public property being the property of every one doesn't mean you can't be legally trespassed. It's dependent on the context. Having said that, here Jeff is in a location that would be considered a traditional public forum and strict scrutiny would apply, and threatening to trespass him for his message of compassion would definitely fail that scrutiny. Anyway point is context matters, not all public property and actions are treated the same.
@@nic.h excuse me but yo'ure kind of a bit wrong, public forums adhere to time place and manner restrictions, where he is isn't that. He's on the sidewalk outside which is public with no gates since it's open to the public so if he wanted he could tent here even. I don't like how you mention restrictiosn etc but fail to mention they happen inside restricted areas and are often key card locked, or a courtroom with a judge order not to record you can still record on another floor. All public properties are bound by the same law and rules so yes they are the same..
@@benimarusasaka9127 I specifically acknowledged that Jeff's location would be considered a traditional public forum and suppressing his actions there wouldn't stand up to the constitutional scrutiny required. You are conflating restricted areas with types of public forums. While there is typically an overlap that doesn't have to be the case.
So embarrassing that a Fayetteville North Carolina LT doesn’t understand freedom of speech on public property. So since they gave him a hard time I believe I will gather a few of my friends and make it a point to stand there everyday!
Especially since they are so close to Fort Bragg 😢I think both of my brothers in law were stationed there. 82nd Airborne 🇺🇸 God Bless Our Homeless Vets ❤
The thing that makes me angry is that they never call it public property. It is always "city property" or "state property" or "federal property". They probably think an informed citizen does not know it is all owned by the public.
@@RobHabisreitinger no she still tried to over talk and control the situation, she also doesn't understand anything that just happened, she's doing as she's told, just as she was before.. stop defending these stupid tyrants
HOW! IS A "LONE RANGER'S" TONTO: (JAY SILVERHEELS) PREFACE FOR 'HINGLISH JOKES. SPEAKUM TV INDIAUM- huh? HOW IS THE ANTI CITIZEN IN THE QUESTION OF " HOW"?
The most disgusting part of this encounter was that they lied about their ability to remove you from public property in an effort to curtail your free speech. Sad.
Those tyrants really believe they have the authority to tell citizens where they are allowed to stand in public when they peacefully ask other citizens for help.
@@wadestanton Yep, Rankin County (Miss.) Sheriff’s Office has received additional training since the Goon Squad got busted. Do you really need training to understand that it is wrong to obtain warrants with false information (I think they had gotten a bogus warrant), break into people’s houses, torture them for hours, put guns in their mouths to fake executions, and then throw them in cages on false charges? I mean how else are they supposed to know that isn’t allowed?
Imagine people in City Hall like that are the same who want to destroy our 2nd amendment , they already don’t respect our 1st amendment . What will they do next ?
Context matters. Here doing so would have been a constitutional violation. But you can be trespassed from public property absent a crime in other contexts. Jeff is very careful about where he chooses to share his message, they are always traditional public forums where strict scrutiny applies.
Seriously?? This pales in comparison to shooting a citizen in the doorway of his apartment or throwing around a victim of DV because she won't let you illegally search her residence. This officer was half reasonable and not the typical A hole cop. SMH
@@timk9847 I agree that she was much more reasonable than most cops. That doesn't, however, excuse her total lack of knowledge regarding the Constitution. She swore an oath to protect and defend it, even if she doesn't agree with it, she should at least know what it says.
So many unqualified people have been "given a job" as public servants. They do not understand the laws they are employed to enforce nor do they comprehend the oath/Constitution they all swore to uphold.
What does saying words actually do to help the homeless vets? Hmmm NADA, zippo, nothing, zero! But I'm sure that Jeff is making some of that RU-vid money using his religion like all of these other con artists. 💲💲💲💲 Religion is a billion💲business.
I became a homeless vet in 2014. 2024 I am married again with two beautiful little girls. It’s never easy but I know others have it worst. So God bless homeless veterans
Why is it that I as a scotsman, living on the other side of the earth, understand these laws better than these officials????. Keep up the good work... Take care out there.
@@Invictus13666 you talk about whatever you want... I don't see what it has to do with these officials not knowing, or ignoring their own constitution.... seems like you are trying to deflect....

I say you can criticise my officials as much as you see fit, without me taking it seriously, or personally .. you however seem incapable of that.. apart from voting how do you suggest i clean house???? .. do you think the officials dealing with Geoff are right to treat him such, or are you just annoyed that a scotsman dared comment on it.... again!!! you are deflecting from the real issue here. Am now wondering about you..
When the authorities ask for I.D., can anyone tell me what good it does to know this is Jeff Gray? Why is I.D. so important to telling someone you have to leave? Because that is all these tyrants want you to do but leave.
Officer learned nothing. She left with the idea still in her head that she can tresspass you from public property without commiting a crime. She thinks public property is private property of the city. Redicilous.
So the decision makers in city hall know more about civil rights than the cop. They need to get the word out to their security officers and to the police.
When did the golden rule and love thy neighbor become obsolete. I was taught that everyone is equally important and deserving of your respect. But then again I'm from the 60's much love and respect from PEI 🇨🇦✌️❤️
Many outside the government as well. Plenty of people in the comments that don't seem to understand that there is a distinction between types of public fora and what is constitutionally protected.
@@nic.h - Please educate us, though. Sincerely. That's my biggest grievance with Mr. Grey's "process". While he HAS taught me things, and you folks in the comments have taught me things (and I'm a 60-year-old man!), he (Jeff) doesn't educate the "ivory-tower" tyrants inside, nor the LEOs (although I get why he doesn't with the cops - in his view, they're SUPPOSED TO KNOW this stuff!). Makes for great video content, but doesn't really inform those that arrest or trespass him, until the lawsuit hits. Then a whole bunch of people, get a "wake-up call". Shouldn't be that way.
It's like PUBLIC SERVANTS think the Government Buildings are theirs (personally) or something, and Cops don't set them straight that it is for EVERYON, and this particular Cop doesn't understand there is a difference between PUBLIC and Private property and just because a PUBLIC SERVANT asks someone to leave, they are NOT required to (LEGALLY) unless they are Breaking an ACTUAL Law, NOT just because a PUBLIC SERVANT is Butthurt or FEELS 'Unsafe'. If a PUBLIC SERVANT doesn't like the fact that a Citizen can go on the Property (in the PUBLIC AREAS) and do things, then they need to find a different job and stop sucking off the TAXPAYERS Teat!!
Not all types of public property are the same. You can be legally trespassed from public property absent a crime, but it is dependent on the context. Jeff is always very careful to spread his message in locations that are considered traditional public forums where strict scrutiny applies and his constitutional rights receive the highest protection. Other types of public fora do not receive the same level of constitutional protections and your first amendment protections may legally not apply subject to certain conditions. The context matters to the legality.
An American citizen CANNOT - can NOT - be tresspassed from PUBLIC property absent (without FIRST committing) a crime! There can be certain restrictions applied to specified areas of the PUBLIC property, but they must be very obviously posted so that everyone can easily see them and therefore obey the law. If a citizen (with a camera, a sign, etc.) is not in a restricted area of PUBLIC propery, they have the right to be there, just like any other free citizen has the right to be there. Period. NOTHING ELSE legally depends on any other "context". The First Amendant is one of our God given RIGHTS. It's not a man-made law, it's one of our RIGHTS. And Congress SHALL MAKE NO LAW that goes against our Constitutional Amendment Rights. Google search "Bill of Rights" and read them all. There are five freedoms listed in the First Amendment alone.
Except there's minimal to no education. Not from Jeff to the idiot LEO, or to the corrupt "ivory tower" staff, inside. It's my biggest grievance with Mr. Grey, and his "process", although he has taught me a lot of things, as a 60-year-old man, with nearly 30 years as a private security professional.
I think another round of Law suits is due on that last town of Holly Ridge . And the 1791 is a nice figure, but I can think of a nicer one. $17091.00 And a donation to The Institute for Justice could really use those funds.

I look for artwork, architecture, smiling public employees, and elevator inspection tags. I also file Freedom of Information Requests. There is no expectation of privacy in public.
There can be a reasonable expectation of privacy in public as per the Katz test. Public restrooms would be an example. But in most situations there would be.

Most of these places, if there is some statute on their books, it's about AGGRESSIVE panhandling. Actively bothering and harassing people for money, or interfering with traffic, causing a safety issue. But they always try to generalize for that to include ALL panhandling, but they are wrong.
