I'll show you how to make a dish where you can make a microwaved eggplant with pepper ponzu sauce.
Ingredients: 3 eggplants, 50cc ponzu sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon grated garlic and ginger, 1 teaspoon each, chopped green onion, to taste, 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder, as much pepper as you like. Directions: 1. Mix ponzu sauce, sugar, chicken stock powder, grated garlic, ginger, pepper, and chopped green onion in a bowl, then chill in the refrigerator. 2. Wash the eggplants, remove the stems, and peel the skin lengthwise in several places. 3. Wrap the eggplants in plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes. 4. Remove the eggplants and cut them into strips. 5. Add 4 to 1, coat the entire eggplant in sauce, and chill in the refrigerator. Ready! Finished!
