It's important to have rhyme schemes. If you can make a table of words that rhyme with "one" in the column and then in the rows, write the different subjects like "flexing" "battle" "females" "word play", and whatever else you can think of. Then just write the words that rhyme but relate to the subject. You'll be surprised how many times you'll fall back to all these groupings whenever you run out of freestyle material. The more columns you add and the more subjects you add, eventually it will stick really well. That's the most methodical way to expand your words without resulting to writtens. When you get better you'll just say anything that comes to mind and your brain will find words to rhyme. I barely use the above method, but it's my back up for whenever I run out of words after a long night.
