So I might have messed up last time by instantly selling this truck, let's see how right you were about this truck!

Love the Vid, Awesome Trucking. I laughed so hard you pulling out of the gas station sitting on 7 gallons of fuel. My favorite setup for this truck, and most trucks, is raised, big tyres, crane + saddle low, and a semi trailer. 4 cargo slots to fill. Good on you for listning to your audience. Happy trucking and keep the rubber down!

Thanks, I always appreciate tips and try to take them into account. Unless I forget lol… I like raised and big tire setups, but I’m definitely prone to flip.

Nice vid and good decision to give a chance to the White Western Star. Now when it comes to tires, the bigger the better : grip in deep mud is related to tires size (and bigger tires means better ground clearance too). On a second note, White Western + sideboard bed + crane will not allow you to pull trailers (this config is for the Fleetstar). The best for the White is saddle low + crane + semi trailer. And no worries for the crane power, almost all the "unpacked" cargo weight the same. Real weight is only for packed cargo. And finally, imho, the Chevy scout will be way more stable than the s800+roof rack => the back flip combo, 9.98 artistic note. You just have to install the diff-lock you have already found for the Chevy and maybe buy a scout fuel trailer. Have fun, see you on next vid and beware the sticky mud.

Thanks for the tips, yeah lots of experimenting to do with tires and setups to see what works best in each situation. Good idea about the scout trailer, I forgot they have that!

Lift kit with the biggest mud tires you can get should be first upgrades. Then roof racks with fuel next. Just my opinion

Yeah, I’m just trying to find a balance between large tires and not flipping over. Fuel seems to be a must though!
