Brilliant! I see informal Spanish used in many such places (unlike in my boring country of Czech Republic where everyone in public use ALWAYS formal language😑), question I have: if I use formal language in Spanish speaking countries, will they look at me as an exotic weird one?😂 And vice versa, if I keep using informal Spanish, will it be accepted everywhere or are there some places where I should strictly use formal language? Like, whichever places are unacceptable to use informal Spanish? Muchas gracias!!!

Thanks a lot! I LOVE your comment 'cuz it taught me something about the Czech Republic. Feel free to use informal Spanish anywhere and everywhere except: with older people (not all of us but many of us use formal language with the elders and I think it's a nice tradition to keep), in serious contexts like governmental institutions, maybe the doctor, the police, just "authority figures and places in general". I also use more formal language with strangers that are not my age, but that's a more personal approach. Which means people would only look at you funny if you speak formal to people you know or that are kind of similar to you. I hope this helps! - Maura =)=)=)

¡Mil abrazos! Alberto 😂❤
